Մասիսի քաղաքապետի աջակիցները բողոքի ակցիա են կազմակերպել` պահանջելով նրա ազատ արձակումը

Զանգվածային անկարգություն կազմակերպելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալված Մասիսի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանի աջակիցները բողոքի ակցիա են սկսել՝ պահանջելով նրա ազատ արձակումը: Ակտիվիստները բողոքի ակցիան սկսել են Մասիսի քաղաքապետարանի դիմաց, այնուհետև երթով շարժվել Երևան տանող ճանապարհով: Նրանց ձեռքերին «Մեր քաղաքապետն անմեղ է» գրություններով պաստառներ են:
Ակտիվիստները պատրաստվում են փակել Մասիսից Երևան տանող ճանապարհը և մնալ այնտեղ այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ չեն ազատել Մասիսի քաղաքապետին:
Ավելի վաղ, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մուրադ Մուրադյանը խորհրդարանում ստորագրահավաք էր նախաձեռնել Մասիսի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու նպատակով, որին միացել էր 8 պատգամավոր:
Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանում ապրիլի 22-ին տեղի ունեցած անկարգությունների դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել է 5 անձ՝ զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցելու կասկածանքով:
2018 թ. ապրիլի 22-ին մի խումբ անձինք, որոշները՝ բժշկական դիմակներով, հարձակվել են բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնող քաղաքացիների վրա և քարերով, մահակներով, էլեկտրահարող սարքերով բռնություն գործադրել:
Մշակվել է քննչական պլան, ստեղծվել քննչական խումբ և կատարվում է բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննություն ըստ դրվագների, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ներբեռնվել և քրեական գործին են կցվել ապրիլի 22-ին Էրեբունի և Նոր-Արեշ 26-րդ փողոցների խաչմերուկում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ տեսագրությունները, ինչպես նաև՝ դեպքին առնչվող մամուլում կատարված հրապարակումները, օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություններ տրվել ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումներին:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձերբակալվել է 5 անձ՝ Մասիսի քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Համբարձումյանը, քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Կարեն Օհանյանը, Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչներ՝ 1982 թ. ծնված Ս. Սահակյանը, 1995 թ. ծնված Գ. Համբարձումյանը, 1988 թ. ծնված Գ. Խաչատրյանը՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված արարք կատարելու, այն է՝ զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցելու կասկածանքով:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
