ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության դատախազի որոշմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ոստիկանության բաժնում պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով յուրացում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության Մարտունու բաժնի ՊՊԾ դասակի ծառայողների ստացած պարգևավճարներից հիշյալ բաժնի ղեկավարության կողմից ապօրինի գումարներ հավաքելու փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունում կատարված ծառայողական քննության ընթացքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Մարտունու բաժնի ավագ հաշվապահը Մարտունու բաժնի ՊՊԾ դասակի ծառայողների կողմից ամիսներ շարունակ իրենց աշխատավարձն ստանալուց և կանխիկացնելուց հետո նրանցից պահանջել և ստացել է գորմարներ՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե իբր պահումներ են կատարվում, կամ գումարները նախատեսված են կոմունալ ծախսերի համար: Տվյալներ են ստացվել նաև, որ նույն եղանակով աշխատակիցներից գումարներ են պահանջվել և ստացվել վերջիններիս կողմից 2017-2018 թվականներին պարգևահավավճարներ ստանալու ժամանակ:   

Նկատի ունենալով, որ  վերը նկարագրվածի պայմաններում առկա է ոստիկանությունում քաղաքացիական աշխատանք կատարող անձի կողմից պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով իրեն վստահված զգալի չափերով գույքի յուրացում կատարելու վերաբերյալ հանցագործության հատկանիշների առերևույթ առկայությունը մատնանշող բավարար տվյալներ՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությանը: 

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
