Մոտ օրերս կներկայացվեն կոռուպցիոն բնույթի նոր բացահայտումներ. ԱԱԾ տնօրեն

Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը խոստանում է մոտ օրերս ներկայացնել կոռուպցիոն բնույթի նոր բացահայտումներ: Այդ մասին Վանեցյանը նշեց հունիսի 1-ին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում՝ անդրադառնալով «Երևան սիթի»-ում և այլ ընկերություններում կռուպցիոն բացահայտումներին:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, դիտարկմանը, թե «Երևան սիթի»-ում բացահայտումներն «այնքան էլ բացահայտում չեն», քանի որ դա տեղի է ունեցել ՊԵԿ-ի հետ համաձայնեցված, Վանեցյանն արձագանքեց. «Տարիներ շարունակ ապօրինի գործած մարդիկ շատ բաներ կարող են հայտարարել: Անգամ շահարկվեց 350 թիվը (այն մարդիկ են, ովքեր տեղյակ չեն եղել, որ իրենց անուններով կեղծ ձեռնարկատիրություն իրականացնող ԱՁ-ներ են գրանցված-խմբ.), սակայն այդ թիվն անցավ 460-ից»: Իսկ կազմակերպությունների թիվը, որոնք ևս պետք է հրավիրվեն հարցաքննության, կհասնի հազարի կամ ավելիի:
Հարցին, թե ՊԵԿ նախկին նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանին հարցաքննելու կարիք կա՞, ԱԱԾ տնօրենը պատասխանեց, որ քննությունը ցույց կտա:
ԱԱԾ-ն ներկրվող ապրանքների մաքսազերծման ծառայություններ մատուցող եւ մենաշնորհային դիրք զբաղեցնող «Նորֆոլկ Քոնսալթինգ» ընկերության հետ կապված բացահայտումներ էր արել՝ նշելով, որ գործունեության 9 ամիսների ընթացքում ընկերության անօրինական եղանակով ստացված եկամուտը կարող է կազմել շուրջ 7 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Այս գործով հարցաքննվել են ՊԵԿ-ի նախկին 2 փոխնախագահներ:
Մի քանի օր առաջ ԱԱԾ-ն ստուգումներ է իրականացրել «Երեւան Սիթի» սուպերմարկետների ցանցում եւ բացահայտել մշակված եւ տեւական ժամանակ կիրառված սխեմա (մեխանիզմ), որի իրագործման համար օգտագործվել են հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիների անվամբ հիմնադրված, փաստացի կեղծ ձեռնարկատիրություն իրականացնող ԱՁ-ներ։
Ձեռքբերված նախնական տվյալներով պարզվել է, որ «Ալեքս Հոլդինգ» ՍՊ ընկերությունը համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերել ՀՀ ՊԵԿ նախկին ղեկավարության հետ` գյուղացիներից գնված գյուղմթերքի վաճառքը «Երեւան Սիթի» սուպերմարկետների ցանցից իրականացնել տարբեր անձանց անվամբ հիմնադրված ԱՁ-ներով, ինչը հնարավորություն է ընձեռել 20 տոկոս ԱԱՀ-ի եւ շահութահարկի փոխարեն վճարել ընդամենը 2 տոկոսի չափով շրջանառության հարկ»: Ըստ ԱԱԾ-ի, «Ալեքս Հոլդինգը» իր աշխատակիցների, նրանց ծանոթների անվամբ գրանցել է 461 ԱՁ-ներ, որոնք գործունեություն են ծավալել «Երեւան Սիթի» սուպերմարկետների ցանցում: Նախնական հաշվարկի համաձայն` թվով 461 ԱՁ-ներով ընդհանուր վաճառքի շրջանառությունը կազմել է ավելի քան 40 միլիարդ դրամ:
