ՀԱԿ-ն ընտրական oրենսգրքում փոփոխությունների առաջարկությունների փաթեթ է ընդունել

«Հայ ազգային կոնգրես» կուսակցությունն Ընտրական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ առաջարկությունների փաթեթ է ընդունել: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀԱԿ գրասենյակից:

 

«Հունիսի 2-ին տեղի է ունեցել «Հայ ազգային կոնգրես»-ի վարչության նիստ, որն ընդունել է ՀՀ Ընտրական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ Կոնգրեսի առաջարկությունների փաթեթը։ Այդ կապակցությամբ կուսակցության հայտարարությունը կհրապարակվի հունիսի 4-ին»,-տեղեկացնում են ՀԱԿ-ից:   

 

Հայաստանում մեկ տարվա ընթացքում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների անցկացման, իսկ մինչ այդ Ընտրական օրենսգրքում փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտությանն անդրադարձ կա ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրում: Մասնավորապես կառավարությունն անհրաժեշտ է համարում ԸՕ-ում կատարվելիք փոփոխություններով հրաժարվել ռեյտինգային ընտրական համակարգից և անցնել լիարժեք համամասնական համակարգի, ձևավորել նոր` իրական պատկերն արտահայտող ընտրական ցուցակներ, որոնք հետագայում կթարմացվեն ինքնաշխատ եղանակով, բացառել կրկնաքվեարկությունների հնարավորությունը` քվեարկած ընտրողների մատնահետքերի համաժամանակյա և ինտեգրված ստուգման ցանց ստեղծելու կամ համարժեք այլ եղանակով, օրենքով երաշխավորել ընտրություններին մասնակից քաղաքական ուժերին անվճար և վճարովի հիմունքներով եթերաժամերի տրամադրումն ամենադիտվող ժամերին, բացառել քաղաքացիների կամարտահայտման վրա ապօրինի ազդեցությունների գործադրումը, ճնշումներն ու ընտրակաշառքը:
