«Ոսկու աշխարհ» տոնավաճառում սպանության մեջ կասկածվող անձը ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ «Ոսկու աշխարհ» տոնավաճառում հունիսի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքի առթիվ. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «2018թ. հունիսի 02-ին՝ ժամը 22-ին, «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «կրծքավանդակի աջակողմյան հատվածի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1983 թ. ծնված Արմեն Ավդալյանը։ Վերջինս հայտարարել է, որ վնասվածքն ստացել է Մ.Խորենացի փողոցի թիվ 24 հասցեում գործող «Ոսկու աշխարհ» տոնավաճառում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ընթացքում:

Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 22.05-ի սահմաններում, Երևանի «Շտապբուժօգնություն» ՊՓԲ ընկերության ենթակայանից հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ կանչով Մ.Խորենացի 24 հասցե մեկնած թիվ01 բրիգադան «Ոսկու աշխարհ» տոնավաճառում հայտնաբերել է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 1979թ. ծնված Արամ Ասատրյանի դիակը՝ կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքով։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, մշակվել քննչական պլան:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած աձի ինքնությունը, ով ձերբակալվել է։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 2018թ. հունիսի 02-ին՝ ժամը 21-ի սահմաններում, «Ոսկու աշխարհ» տոնավաճառի 6-րդ հարկում վիճաբանություն է առաջացել տոնավաճառի անվտանգության աշխատակիցների և նույն տոնավաճառում ոսկյա իրերի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող Գ.Ղահրամանյանի ու նրա ընկերների միջև, որի ընթացքում վիճաբանության մասնակիցներից մեկը դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել տոնավաճառի անվտանգության աշխատակիցներ Ա.Ավդալյանին և Ա.Ասատրյանին։ Ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքների հետևանքով Ա.Ասատրյանը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ Ա.Ավդալյանը` տեղափոխվել «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոն:

Դեպքի վայրի զննության ընթացքում վերցվել են տեսանկարահանման համակարգի տեսագրությունները, զննվել։ Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:

Պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով ևս Երևանի բնակիչ է, բարձրագույն կրթությամբ, ծնված 1983թ. և «Ոսկու աշխարհ» տոնավաճառում սովորում է ոսկերչություն։ Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել։ Վերջինս ներկայացրել է հանցագործության կատարման գործիք հանդիսացած դանակը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
