ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանն այցելել է ռուս-հայկական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոն
SOCIETYՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանն աշխատանքային այց է կատարել ռուս-հայկական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոն: Այցի նպատակն էր ծանոթանալ մարդասիրական կենտրոնի, դրա տարածքում տեղակայված ԱԻՆ հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի (ՀՆՓԱԻԿ) և ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնի (ՃԿԿ) անձնակազմերին և վերջիններիս գործունեությանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Նախարար Ռոստոմյանը շրջեց կենտրոնի տարածքում, եղավ քիմիական պաշտպանության և սակրավորների վերապատրաստման լսարաններում: Այստեղ նախարարին ներկայացվեց դասընթացների համար նախատեսված գերժամանակակից և արդիական տեխնիկական հագեցվածությունը: ԱԻ նախարարը ծանոթացավ նաև մարդասիրական կենտրոնի պահեստներին, որոնցում տեղակայված են ինչպես ՀՆՓԱԻԿ, այնպես էլ ՀՀ ԱԻՆ միջազգային որոնողափրկարարական խորհրդատվական խմբի (INSARAG) փրկարարական գույքը, սարքավորումները և հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական մեքենաները: ՀՆՓԱԻ կենտրոնն ունի նաև հետախույզ-կինոլոգիական ջոկատ՝ բաղկացած 8 անձնակազմից: Նրանք վարժեցնում են հատուկ փրկարարական միջոցառումների համար նախատեսված 8 շների՝ 6-ը հովվաշուն, 2՝ լաբրադոր ցեղատեսակի: Նախարարը ծանոթացավ նաև հետախույզ-կինիլոգների աշխատանքներին:
Նախարար Ռոստոմյանին ներկայացվեցին նաև ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնի գործառույթներն ու հնարավորությունները: ՃԿԱԿ-ից ուղիղ տեսակապի միջոցով գերատեսչության ղեկավարին զեկուցվեց օպերատիվ իրավիճակը հանրապետությունում:
Աշխատանքային այցի ավարտին ռուս-հայկական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնի ռուսական կողմի հետ քննարկվեցին և նախանշվեցին ապագայում իրագործվելիք ծրագրերը և միջոցառումները:
Նշենք, որ մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնը տարածաշրջանում եզակի է: Դրա ստեղծման հիմնական նպատակն է արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխարգելման, դրանց հետևանքների վերացմանն ուղղված մեխանիզմների զարգացումն ու հզորացումը: Այն հագեցած է նորագույն տեխնիկայով, ինչպես նաև աշխատանքային և կենսապահովման բոլոր պայմաններով: Կենտրոնը նպաստում է տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության զարգացմանը, բարձրացնում է բնակչության պաշտպանվածության և տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցած արտակարգ դեպքերի օպերատիվ արձագանքման մակարդակը»:
