Սերժ Սարգսյանի «կալիբրը»

Հայաստանում դժվար թե գտնվի որևէ մեկը, ով կհավատա, թե Ռոբերտ Նազարյանն իր հանձնաժողովով հանդերձ, անկախ և օբյեկտիվ հետազոտություններ է անցկացնում, ապա և նույնպիսի օբյեկտիվ, պատճառահետևանքային շղթայով կայացնում այս կամ այն որոշումը՝ էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման կամ ցանկացած այլ հարցի կապակցությամբ: Նման որոշումները երկրում կայացվում են ուղղակիորեն Սերժ Սարգսյանի մակարդակով:
Ընդ որում շեշտենք, որ հարցն այստեղ վերաբերվում է ոչ միայն Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովին, այլև առկա վարչակարգի ծնած ու սերած բոլոր հնարավոր հանձաժողովներին, խմբերին, վարչություններին և տասնյակ այլ միավորներին: Իհարկե, հանրային ֆարսը ապահովելու համար, այս կամ այն հանձնաժողովը կազմակերպում է հանրային լսումներ, երբեմն՝ խորհրդարանական լսումներ, չեն բացառվում խրոխտ ու բոցաշունչ ելույթները, սակայն այդ ամենը հերթական ներկայացումն են ի սկզբանե կայացված որոշումից առաջ: Էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման շուրջ ամբողջ գործընթացը դարձավ ասվածի վառ վկայությունը:
Միաժամանակ չնայած, Սերժ Սարգսյանն իր մանկլավիկներով ու կատարածուներով փորձեց ստանալ «բուռն քննարկումնների» պատկեր և 17-ի փոխարեն «հասնել» 6,93 դրամով թանկացնելուն, միևնույնն է, այս ամբողջ գործընթացը ցույց տվեց Սերժ Սարգսյանի ու իր վարչակարգի իրական տրամաչափը: Որքան էլ տհաճ է խոստովանել, ՀԷՑ տնօրեն Բիբինի վերաբերմունքը լավագույնս արտահայտում էր այն իրականությունը, որում մենք գտնվում ենք: Որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ Բիբինի «բեսպրեդելն» ու լկտիությունն առ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովը, անարգանք է պետականության նկատմամբ, գաղտնիք չէ նաև, որ Բիբինի նման վարքագծին կանաչ լույս է տվել նրա «կարմիր պասպորտը»: Պարզվում է, որ ռուսական ինչ-որ մի մանր չինովնիկ Հայաստանում անում է այն ամենը ինչ ուզում է, ում հետ ուզում է և երբ ուզում է:
Նման պայմաններում Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչակարգից պահանջել արտաքին կամ ներքին քաղաքականություն, պետական նշանակության որոշումներ, քննադատել կամ գովել, օգնել կամ համագործակցել այդ վարչակարգին բացարակապես տրամաբանական չէ, քանի որ, եթե երկրի ամենաբարձր պետական օղակների նկատմամբ օտարերկրյա ինչ-որ չինովնիկ ունի գործողությունների ամենաթողություն, անհարգալից վերաբերմունք, ապա դա ցույց է տալիս, որ մենք ունենք չինովնիկի «կալիբրի» ղեկավարություն ու վարչակարգ, որն ի զորու է միայն ոստիկանական մեթոդներով սեփական քաղաքացիների դեմ ոտնձգություններ իրականացնել: Եզրափակելով, ընդամենը կարող ենք նշել, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի բարձրացումից հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչակարգը լիարժեք կերպով «վաստակել» է «6.93 տրամաչափի ղեկավարություն» բնութագիրը:
