Ս.թ. հունիսի 2-ին «Առավոտ» օրաթերթում տպագրված Ձեր հարցազրույցում հետևյալ միտքն եք արտահայտել. «Հնչել են կոչեր, որ պետք է վերացվի ռոումինգը, թալանը, զինվորի չարաշահումը եւ այլն: Ես էլ ուզում եմ ասել հետեւյալը. երբ մենք այցելում ենք Արցախ, ինչու են սահմանի հսկիչ կետերում պահանջում մեր անձնագրերը, չէ՞ որ ասվում է, որ նույն տարածքն է, ռոումինգը պետք է վերանա: Եթե համարում ենք, որ Արցախն ու Հայաստանը մեկ են, այդ դեպքում ինչո՞ւ ունենք երկու նախագահ, երկու կառավարություն, երկու ԱԺ, երկու ոստիկանություն, երկու ԱԱԾ եւ այլն: Չէ՞ որ խոսքը երկու տարբեր համակարգերի մասին է: Ուրեմն ինչո՞ւ, երբ հարցը վերաբերվում է ռոումինգին, թիրախավորում ենք ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ը, սկսում ենք մեղադրանքներ տեղալ: Դրա պատասխանը թողնում եմ ձեզ»: 
Պարոն Յիրիկյան, Դուք շատ լավ գիտեք, թե ինչո՞ւ մենք ունենք երկու նախագահ, երկու կառավարություն, երկու ԱԺ, երկու ոստիկանություն, երկու ԱԱԾ եւ այլն: Իրականում դա դիվանագիտական պարտադրանք է, ոչ թե հայաստանցիների և արցախցիները երազանքը: Եթե չգիտեք, ասեք և պատկան մարմինները Ձեզ կբացատրեն: Եվ պետք չէ հիմա մեզ՝ բոլորից հիմարի տեղ դնել: 
Կարծում եմ երեք օպերատորներն էլ պետք է վերանայեն իրենց մոտեցումներն այս հարցում ու կամ ընդհանրապես վերացնեն ռումինգն Արցախում, կամ, եթե իրոք կա միջազգային լիցենզիայի խնդիր, այն պետք է լինի զուտ սիմվոլիկ՝ օրինակ 1 կամ 0.5 դրամ: Որովհետև ժամանակն է վերջապես հասկանալ, որ ինչպես կասեր դասականը, ԻՐՈՂՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ ԵՆ ՓՈԽՎԵԼ:
