«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր ունեցած հավաստի տեղեկություններով, այն, ինչ այս օրերին կատարվում է ՀՀԿ–ում, իրականում ոչ միայն անակնկալ չէ, այլ հենց այդ կուսակցության նախագահի՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ծրագրի մի մասն է: Ընդ որում՝ շարունակական մասը: Բացառությամբ Շիրակ Թորոսյանի և Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի, մյուս բոլոր ՀՀԿ– ականները, ովքեր լքում են ու դեռ կլքեն խմբակցությունը, դա անում են բացառապես Սերժ Սարգսյանի իմացությամբ, ավելին՝ հանձնարարությամբ: Բանն այն է, որ դեռ մայիսի 8–ի քվեարկությամբ ՀՀԿ ղեկավարը նպատակ է ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչապետությունն ապահովել բացառապես գործարար պատգամավորների ձայներով: Որպես շարունակություն՝ որոշվել է գործարար հատվածին դուրս բերել ՀՀԿ խմբակցությունից, որպեսզի որպես անկախ պատգամավորներ կողմ քվեարկեն կառավարության բերած նախագծերին: Այսպիսով լուծվում է մի քանի հարց. այդ գործարարները պահում են իրենց բիզնեսները, ամեն անգամ կարիք չի լինի որոշում կայացնել ՀՀԿ խմբակցությունում, թե ովքեր պիտի կողմ քվեարկեն, ովքեր՝ դեմ, որպեսզի չտապալվեն օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունները, և ամենակարևոր երկու հարցերը, այն է՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի ծրագիրն է՝ այսպիսով կուսակցությունը մաքրել նման դեմքերից՝ թողնելով բացառապես, այսպես կոչված, քաղաքականներին, իսկ ահա գործարարներին դարձնել Փաշինյանի փաստացի հենարան: Այս պարտիան, ըստ էության, տեղավորվում է արտահերթ ընտրություններին պատրաստվելու տրամաբանության մեջ:
