Խնդիրները չտեսնելով՝ դրանք չեն լուծվի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ այս տարի բուհեր դիմողների քանակը անցած տարվա համեմատ նվազել է մոտ երկուսուկես անգամ: Եթե 2017 թվականին բուհ ընդունվելու հայտ էր ներկայացրել շուրջ 12000 դիմորդ, ապա այս տարի՝ ընդամենը 4626: Դարձյալ պաշտոնապես նշվում է, թե դիմորդների թվի նվազման պատճառն անցումն է 12–ամյա կրթական համակարգին, քանի որ այս տարվա շրջանավարտներն առաջինն էին, ովքեր ավարտում էին 12 տարի սովորելով: Նույն պատճառաբանությունն էր նշվում նաև շրջանավարտների թվի նվազման առումով: Բայց մենք արդեն նշել ենք, որ 157 դպրոց այս տարի ընդհանրապես շրջանավարտ չի ունեցել, ևս 250 դպրոց ունեցել է 1–5 աշակերտ: Սրանք՝ առավելապես գյուղական բնակավայրերի դպրոցներն են:
Իհարկե, շատ հնարավոր է, որ վերոնշյալ պատճառն իր ազդեցությունը թողածլինի, սակայն ամենևին ոչ այն ծավալներով, ինչ ունենք այսօր: Ըստ էության այս բոլոր թվերը շատ մեծ մտահոգության առիթ պիտի լինեն պատկան մարմինների համար, ավելի ստույգ՝ լուրջ ահազանգ: Սոսկ հայտարարելով, թե 12– ամյա կրթությամբ լրիվ 12 տարի սովո րողների առաջին սերունդն ավարտեց այս տարի, դրա համար էլ ավարտողների ու բուհ ընդունվել ցանկացողների թիվը երկուսուկես անգամ նվազել է, խնդրի խորքը երբեք չենք հասկանա: Տարիներ շարունակ նախորդ իշխանությունները զբաղվել են ջայլամային քաղաքականությամբ: Սակայն խնդիրը չտեսնելով կամ չտեսնելու տալով՝ խնդիրը չի լուծվի: Դրա համար էլ անընդհատ զբաղված ենք եղել խնդիրների կուտակմամբ: Այն, ինչ ունենք այսօր վերը բերված թվերի հետ կապված, նույն այդ խնդիրների կուտակման արդյունք է: Եվ նոր իշխանությունների առաջնային խնդիրը պետք է լինի ամենայն մանրամասնությամբ ուսումնա սիրել՝ ստանալու ԻՆՉՈՒ–ի պատասխանը: Այդ թվերը լակմուսի թղթի դեր կարող են կատարել՝ հասկանալու թե՛ տասներկուամյա կրթության բացերը, թե՛ արտագաղթի խնդիրները, թե՛ ուրբանիզացիոն գործընթացների իրական պատկերը:
