Ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում իրավիճակը հանգիստ է՝ չնայած Արցախում ընթացող գործընթացներին: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Մակար Ղամբարյանը: «Շփման գծում իրավիճակը հանգիստ է, անհանգստանալու որևէ պատճառ ինձ հայտնի չէ»,- ասաց փոխնախարարը:
Հարցին, թե որպես պաշտպանության փոխնախարար ո՞րն է լինելու իր գործունեության առաջնահերթությունը, Մակար Ղամբարյանը պատասխանեց. «Ֆինանսական կարգապահության մասով լրացուցիչ մեխանիզմների ներդրումը»:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ի՞նչ նկատի ունի լրացուցիչ մեխանիզմների ներդրում ասելով՝ փոխնախարարն ընդգծեց, որ դա ավելի շատ մասնագիտական քննարկումների թեմա է և չի ցանկանում նման ձևաչափով անդրադառնալ այդ հարցին:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ ֆինանսական հոսքերի հետ կապված ուսումնասիրություններ են անցկացնում: «Նայում ենք նախկին հոսքերը, և, եթե բարելավման կամ ավելացման տեղեր կլինեն, միանշանակ կաշխատենք այդ ուղղությամբ»,- ասաց նա:
