Արդարադատության նախարարը մասնակցել է կանանց բռնության կանխարգելման մասին միջոցառմանը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանը հունիսի 6-ին մասնակցել է «Կանանց նկատմամբ բռնության և ընտանեկան բռնության դեմ պայքարը և կանխարգելումն Հայաստանում» խորագրով Եվրոպայի խորհրդի կողմից իրականացվող  ծրագրին նվիրված միջոցառմանը: 2018 թվականի ապրիլին մեկնարկած ծրագիրը նախատեսված է իրավաբան և իրավապահ ոլորտի մասնագետների համար, ովքեր Հայաստանում զբաղվում են կանանց նկատմամբ բռնության և ընտանեկան բռնության գործերով: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

 

Նախարար Զեյնալյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հրավերի համար և նշել, որ  այս միջոցառմամբ մեկնարկող ծրագիրը շատ կարևոր խնդիրներ է դրել իր առջև: Արտակ Զեյնալյանի խոսքով՝ որպես Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ջատագով մեծ ուշադրությամբ է հետևել համապատասխան օրենքի քննարկումների ընթացքին և թեև կողմ է քվեարկել օրենքի նախագծին, սակայն նշել է, որ տվյալ փուլում ընդունված օրենքն ունի խնդիրներ և ընդունումը դիտել է որպես միջանկյալ լուծում: «Հետևաբար, համոզված եմ, որ նաև ընդունված օրենքի կիրառման ընթացքում պետք է վեր հանվեն կարգավորման ենթակա բոլոր հարցերը և տրվեն դրանց լուծումները»,- ասել է նախարարը և հավելել, որ օրենքի պատշաճ կիրառումն ու խնդիրների ախտորոշումը համարում է այսօր մեկնարկող ծրագրի հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկը: Այդ համատեքստում նախարար Զեյնալյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչներին և միջազգային գործընկերներին, ովքեր տարիներ ի վեր հանձնառու կերպով և հետևողականորեն աշխատել են այս ոլորտում և խնդիրները բերել կառավարության օրակարգ:

 

Ամփոփելով խոսքը՝ նախարարն արդյունավետ և հաջող ընթացք է մաղթել ծրագրին և հավաստիացրել, որ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը հանձնառու է համագործակցությունը շարունակելու և խորացնելու համար:
