ՆՈՅ հավելվածը մտել է տրանսպորտային շուկա՝ նորարարական գաղափարներով ու անակնկալներով: Ընկերության հիմնադիր Արթուր Հակոբյանը վստահեցրեց՝ դիմակայությունից չեն վախենում՝ զինված են թարմ գաղափարներով ու թիմով:

«ՆՈՅ հավելվածը քաղաքացու տեղաշարժն ավելի արագ և հարմարավետ դարձնելու համար է։ Հավելվածի միջոցով վարորդները և ուղևորները կարող են կապ հաստատել միմյանց հետ մի քանի րոպեում: Այս գաղափարն առաջացել է մոտ 2 տարի առաջ. նշեմ, որ այստեղ ամեն բան հայկական է՝ գաղափարն իրագործողները հայ են, տարբերանշանը հայկական է և այլն»,- ասաց Արթուր Հակոբյանը:

Հավելվածը հասանելի է Play Market և App Store հարթակներում, իսկ սմարթֆոնի մեջ ներբեռնելուց հետո անմիջապես կարելի է ծանոթանալ առավելություններին: ՆՈՅ հավելվածը շուկայում տարբերվում է իր գնային քաղաքականությամբ, քանի որ այստեղ բացակայում է տարիֆների փոփոխությունը՝ կապված ժամի կամ եղանակի հետ:

«Գնային քաղաքականությունը բավականին ճկուն ու մատչելի է. 1-4 կմ՝ 400 դրամ ՝ էկոնոմ հատվածի համար, ստանդարտի մինիմալն էլ 500 դրամ է: Մարզեր գնալու համար սակագները չեն փոխվում: Հաճախորդ-վարորդ կապն ուղիղ է, եթե հանկարծ ուղևորը դժգոհություն ունենա սպասարկումից, ապա կարող են անմիջապես զանգահարել կամ գրել մեզ, իսկ հաղորդագրություններն առավելագույնը 10-15 րոպե հետո պատասխան կստանան»,- ընդգծեց տրանսպորտային շուկայում բավականին մեծ փորձ ունեցող Արթուր Հակոբյանը:

Պրոֆեսիոնալ թիմը հստակ գիտի, թե յուրաքանչյուր հաճախորդին ինչպես պետք է սպասարկել: Շուտով առցանց տարբերակով մեքենա պատվիրելու շուկայում ՆՈՅ հավելվածը նորարարություն կմտցնի՝ ընդամենը մեկ սմարթֆոնով, մեկ հպումով հնարավոր կլինի պատվիրել 2 մեքենա միաժամանակ։ ՆՈՅ հավելվածից օգտվելով՝ խնայում ես ժամանակդ, քանի որ պլանավորում ես քեզ հարմար ժամին այն էլ նախնական պատվերով:

«Հունիս 1-ից արդեն իսկ հավելվածը հասանել է, սակայն բավականին շատ գործիքներ կան, որոնք պետք է դեռևս ներառվեն: Վստահեցնում եմ՝ մի շարք անակնկալներ են լինելու նորարարությունների տեսքով: Այս պահի դրությամբ մեր սպասելիքները գերազանցվել են և օգտվողների թիվը՝ թե՛ վարորդների, թե՛ պատվիրատուների, գնալով աճում են»,- ներկայացրեց Հակոբյանը:

ՆՈՅ հավելվածն իր մեջ ներառում է Ա-ից Բ հաշվիչը, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս նախապես իմանալ քո անցնելիք ճանապարհի գումարի չափը: Այս հավելվածը կշահագրգռի նաև վարորդներին: Այժմ ՆՈՅ հավելվածի գործընկեր դառնալու համար վարորդներն այլևս կարող են ոչ միայն այցելել ընկերության գրասենյակ ՝ Լենինգրադյան 38, այլև ընկերության համապատասխան մասնագետներն իրենք կգան, կծանոթանան մեքենային և որոշում կկայացնեն:

«Մենք լավ գիտենք մեր հաճախորդների պահանջները, գործի հիմքում լինելու է մաքսիմալ հարմարավետություն ստեղծելը: Վստա՛հ եղեք՝ մենք մեր գործը սիրով ենք անում»,- եզրափակեց ընկերության հիմնադիր տնօրեն Արթուր Հակոբյանը:
