Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարեց բացառել սահմանված ժամից հետո հրավառության կազմակերպման դեպքերը: Կառավարության նիստում առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը նշեց, որ այս գիշեր՝ 00:30-ին, Նորք-Մարաշում հրավառություն է տեղի ունեցել, կա ձայնագրությունը:
«Գեթ մեկ երեխայի հանգիստ քունն ավելի կարևոր է, քան 500 հոգու քեֆ-ուրախությունը», - ասաց նախարարը:
ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկատեց, որ օրենքը կարգավորված է և ուժի մեջ է մտած, Նորք-Մարաշն էլ ունի ոստիկանության բաժանմունք:
Ոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանն էլ իր հերթին նշեց, որ թեև այս թեմայով բազմաթիվ հայտարարություններ արվում են, բայց կան նաև դժվար բացահայտելի դեպքեր:
Արձագանքելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Սահմանված ժամից ուշ չպետք է լինի հրավառություն և վերջ, եթե չի կարողանում համապատասխան ծառայությունն ապահովվել, որ օրենքը կատարվի, ուրեմն վատ է աշխատում:
Ռեստորաններում շարունակաբար հրավառություն է արվում, այդ ռեստորանը չի փակվում հրավառությունից հետո:
Այսինքն, եթե այդ տարածքի ոստիկանը, թաղայինը չի տիրապետում, թե ով է արել հրավառությունը, ուրեմն լավ չի աշխատում: Տենց էլ ընտրակաշառքները, բնակարանային գողությունները չենք կարողանում բացահայտել: Այդ ո՞վ է մի բան անելուց հետո սպասում, որ գնան, բացահայտեն: Դուք լուծեք այդ հարցերը, թե չէ՝ ես կլուծեմ»:
