Քննչական կոմիտեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել դատարանի մոտ տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի առթիվ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի Սևանի նստավայրի մոտ տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի առթիվ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «2018թ. հունիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ին «Սևան ԲԿ» ՓԲԸ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ «ձախ ազդրի և սրունքի հրազենային վնասվածքներ» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ Ռ.Հակոբյանը՝ ծնված 1955թ.:
Պարզվել է, որ Ռ.Հակոբյանը հրազենային վնասվածքներն ստացել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի Սևանի նստավայրի դիմաց՝ «Mitsubishi Pajero» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի միջից արձակված կրակոցների հետևանքով:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են 1 հատ 12մմ. տրամաչափի որսորդական հրացանի կրակված փամփուշտի պարկուճ և 1 հատ որսորդական հրացանի փամփուշտի միջադիր խից:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով, մշակվել քննչական պլան և ձեռնարկվել անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, հարցաքննվել տարբեր անձինք։
Արդյունքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնության վերաբերյալ։
Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական տվյալներով Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում այսօր նախատեսված է եղել 1988թ. ծնված Հայկ Անդրանիկի Հակոբյանի սպանության գործով հերթական դատական նիստը, որին մասնակցելու համար դատարան է գնացել դատակոչված վկա Բորիկ Հակոբյանը՝ ծնված 1951թ. (սպանության գործով մեղադրյալի ազգականը), որդու ուղեկցությամբ։ Դատարանի շենքի մոտ վիճաբանություն է առաջացել սպանության գործով տուժողի հարազատների և նրանց միջև, որի ժամանակ բռնություն է գործադրվել վկայի նկատմամբ, ապա վերջինիս որդու կողմից որսորդական հրացանից արձակվել են կրակոցներ՝ ազդրի և սրունքի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածք պատճառելով Ռ.Հակոբյանին։
Բ.Հակոբյանի կողմից վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին է ներկայացվել որսորդական հրացանը, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում որդուն հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
Բ.Հակոբյանի և Ռ.Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։
Նախնական քննության տվյալները, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվում են համալիր քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ, և ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ միջադեպին մասնակից անձանց գործողություններին կտրվի համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատական։
