Շիրակում զգալիորեն ավելացել են կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների փաստերով հարուցված քրեական գործերը

 Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունում ամփոփվել են 2018-ի առաջին հինգ ամիսներին կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի արդյունքները: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Մարզի վարչական տարածքում նշված ժամանակահատվածում կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների փաստերով հարուցվել է թվով 31 քրեական գործ, որը 2017թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշից ավելի է 19-ով կամ գրեթե 160 տոկոսով:

Քրեական գործերից 23-ը հարուցվել է մինչդատական վարույթի օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազների կողմից,  1 քրեական գործ ստացվել է քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնող այլ մարմնից, 1 գործ անջատվել է այլ քրեական գործից:

Նշված քրեական գործերով 7 անձի նկատմամբ (համայնքի 3 ղեկավար, ՊՈԱԿ-ի 1 տնօրեն, դպրոցի 1 տնօրեն, դպրոցի 1  փոխտնօրեն և այլն), հարուցվել է քրեական հետապնդում, և նրանց բոլորին առաջադրվել են մեղադրանքներ:

 Հարուցված քրեական գործերով ձերբակալվել են երկու պաշտոնատար անձինք (համայնքի ղեկավարներ), ում նկատմամբ հետագայում, պատճառված գույքային վնասն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնելուց հետո, վարույթն իրականացնող քննիչները արգելանքից ազատելու մասին որոշումներ են կայացրել:

Կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունները, որոնցով հարուցվել են քրեական գործերը, արձանագրվել են՝ կրթության, գյուղատնտեսության, տեղական ինքնակառավարման, բանկային համակարգի գործունեության, տրանսպորտային, սոցիալական ապահովության ոլորտներում:

Վերոգրյալից բացի, պետության գույքային շահերի պաշտպանության նկատառումներով  Շիրակի մարզի դատախազության դատախազների կողմից տարբեր բնագավառներում կատարվել  են 10-ից ավել ուսումնասիրություններ: Արդյունքում համապատասխան պաշտոնատար անձանց տրվել են նախազգուշացումներ` ՀՀ պետական բյուջե վերականգնելով իրավախախտումների հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառված վնասները:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ 2018 թվականի առաջին հինգ ամիսների ընթացքում կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործություններով և պետական շահերի պաշտպանության ոլորտում կատարվող ուսումնասիրություններով ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է վերականգնվել  ընդհանուր 22 միլիոն 779 հազար 904 ՀՀ դրամ գումար:

Վերոգրյալից բացի, Շիրակի մարզի դատախազության կողմից քաղաքացիների և կազմակերպությունների կողմից պետության պատճառված գույքային վնասը վերականգնելու համար դատարաններ են ներկայացվել 3 հայցադիմում` ընդհանուր 12 միլիոն 191 հազար 740  ՀՀ դրամ գումար բռնագանձնելու պահանջով: Դրանցով քննությունն  ընթացքի մեջ է:
