Թբիիսիում դեռահասների սպանության գործով ձերբակալել են Վրաստանի նախկին դատախազին

Թբիլիսիի Խորավա փողոցում դեռահասների սպանության գործով երկու ժամ տեւած հարցաքննությունից հետո ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալել է դատախազության նախկին բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա Միրզա Սուբելիանիին: Այս մասին այսօր ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտնել է Վրաստանի ՆԳ փոխնախարար Նաթիա Մեզվրիշվիլին, փոխանցում է «Նովոստի-Գրուզիան»:
Սուբելիանիին մեղադրում են վկայի, տուժողի, փորձագետի կամ թարգմանչի վրա ճնշում գործադրելու մեջ:
Սուբելիանիի ձերբակալությունը սպանված տղաներից մեկի հոր՝ Զազա Սարալիձեի պահանջներից մեկն էր:
Դատարանի որոշումից վրդովված, որն այդպես էլ չէր հայտնաբերել իր որդուն սպանողին, Սարալիձեն Թբիլիսիում 5 օր բազմահազարանոց հանրահավաքներ է անցկացրել:
Նա Սուբելիանիին մեղադրել է հանցագործներին հովանավորելու մեջ, պահանջել նրան կալանավորել եւ իրավապահ համակարգը վերակազմավորել:
Ակցիաների ժամանակավոր դադարեցման մասին որոշումը Սարալիձեն ընդունել էր Կվիրիկաշվիլիի հետ հանդիպումից հետո: Վարչապետի նախաձեռնությամբ գործը փոխանցվել է ՆԳՆ՝ գերատեսչության ղեկավար Գերոգի Գախարիայի անձնական վերահսկողության ներքո: Սարալիձեն հայտարարել է, որ մինչեւ հունիսի 10-ը իշխանություններից կոնկրետ քայեր է սպասում՝ կապված գործի կրկնակի քննության հետ:
