ԱԺ-ն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց Դիլիջանում ներդրումները խրախուսող օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը

Խորհրդարանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան քաղաքում ներդրումների խրախուսման վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունը:
ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Դիլիջան քաղաքային համայնքի եւ հարակից տարածքների զարգացման եւ ներդրումների խրախուսման մասին օրենքի նախագծին հարակից նախագծերի օրենսդրական փաթեթին կողմ քվեարկեց 72, դեմ՝ 5, ձեռնպահ՝ 22 պատգամավոր:
Քվեարկությունից առաջ վարման կարգի վերաբերյալ ելույթ ունեցած ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանը նշեց, որ իրենք ընդհանուր առմամբ կողմ են ներդրումների խրախուսմանը, սակայն ունեն որոշակի մտահոգություններ: Նա հայտնեց, որ ԲՀԿ-ն ձեռնպահ է քվեարկելու օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությանը:
Փաթեթի ընդունումը պայմանավորված է Դիլիջան քաղաքը եւ հարակից տարածքները որպես կրթական, պատմամշակութային, զբոսաշրջության կենտրոնի ձեւավորման, քաղաքի եւ հարակից տարածքների ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման կարեւորության անհրաժեշտությամբ: Նախագիծը բխում է նաեւ Դիլիջան քաղաքի գլխավոր հատակագծի, գոտիավորման, քաղաքաշինական եւ կառուցապատման ծրագրերի միասնականության ապահովման, բարենպաստ ներդրումային միջավայրի ձեւավորման եւ սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակի բարելավման անհրաժեշտությունից: Հարցը մանրամասն քննարկվել է Դիլիջանի քաղաքային իշխանությունների, ինչպես նաեւ ՀԿ-ների հետ:
Օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ նախատեսվում է Դիլիջանում ներդրումները խրախուսել հարկային և մաքսային արտոնությունների եղանակով:
