ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ Հայաստան այցելության նախօրեին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի ՊԲ զինծառայողի սպանությունը սադրանք է՝ ուղղված տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի սրմանը և լարվածության նվազեցման շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունների տապալմանը։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, այս մասին ասվում է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանի մեկնաբանության մեջ:

«Երեկ երեկոյան Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի միջև շփման գծում ադրբեջանական կողմից զինադադարի ռեժիմի կոպիտ խախտման հետևանքով սպանվել է Արցախի ՊԲ զինծառայող։ Մեր խորին ցավակցությունն ենք հայտնում զոհվածի հարազատներին և ծառայակիցներին։

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ Հայաստան այցելության նախօրեին կատարված այդ քայլը գնահատում ենք որպես Բաքվի հերթական սադրանք՝ ուղղված տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի սրմանը և լարվածության նվազեցման շուրջ պայմանավորվածությունների տապալմանը։ Տվյալ միջադեպը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է 1994-1995թթ․ զինադադարի հաստատման և ամրապնդման մասին եռակողմ անժամկետ համաձայնագրի կատարման, ինչպես նաև ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման շուրջ 2016-2017թթ․ գագաթաժողովների ժամանակ շփման գծում միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ներդրման, ԵԱՀԿ նախագահողի անձնական ներկայացուցչի թիմի կարողությունների ընդլայնման վերաբերյալ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կյանքի կոչման կարևորությունը»,- նշել է Բալայանը։

Նա հիշեցրել է, որ հայկական կողմը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացում առաջընթացի բանալին խաղաղ բանակցություններին նպաստող մթնոլորտի ձևավորումն է։ «Ադրբեջանական կողմի նմանօրինակ գործողությունները, ըստ էության, հակադիր նպատակ են հետապնդում։

Սույն սադրանքի հնարավոր բոլոր հետևանքների պատասխանատվությունն ամբողջությամբ կրում է ադրբեջանական կողմը»,- ասվում է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ խոսնակի մեկնաբանության մեջ։

Հունիսի 10-ին` ժամը 18:00-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ հարավարևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում, հակառակորդի կողմից արձակված կրակոցից մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել ՊԲ պայմանագրային զինծառայող, 1992թ. ծնված Վահագն Ջոնիկի Էլոյանը: Դեպքի մանրամասները պարզելու համար կատարվում է քննություն:
