Գյումրում դպրոցի տնօրեն է կալանավորվել

Հունիսի 10-ին կալանավորվել է Գյումրու թիվ 40 դպրոցի տնօրեն Արսեն Ալեքսանյանը։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը։
«Դպրոցի տնօրենի նկատմամբ մայիսի 5-ին քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314 հոդվածի 1-ի մասի և 178 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով՝ նրա կողմից ենթադրյալ պաշտոնական կեղծիք կատարելու, ինչպես նաև նրա ու մի խումբ այլ անձանց կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով, խարդախության եղանակով գումար հափշտակելու վերաբերյալ։ Կատարված նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալները հիմք են հանդիսացել նշված դպրոցի տնօրենին նույն հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին»,- նշեց դատախազը՝ փաստելով, թե, բացի այդ, քննությամբ պարզվեց նաև, որ գործով ներգրավված մեղադրյալ անձը՝ դպրոցի տնօրենը, խոչընդոտել է մինչդատական վարույթում գործի քննությանը, որը դրսևորվել է քրեական դատավարությանը մասնակցող անձանց նկատմամբ անօրինական ազդեցություն գործադրելով։
«Այս պահին չեմ ցանկանում նշել, թե ինչ խոչընդոտի մասին Է խոսքը: Ի դեպ, ենթադրվող հանցագործությամբ պետությանը պատճառված վնասը կազմում է 11 միլիոն 315 հազար 949 ՀՀ դրամ։ Շարադրված, ինչպես նաև մի շարք այլ կարևոր հանգամանքներ, մասնավորապես նաև պետությանը պատճառված վնասը հաշվի առնելով՝ իմ կողմից նախաքննություն իրականացնող քննիչին և տվյալ քրեական գործի նկատմամբ դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին հանձնարարվել է միջնորդություն ներկայացնել Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ նշված անձի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ։ Դատարանը, քննելով միջնորդությունը, որոշում է կայացրել այն բավարարելու մասին», -հավելեց Շիրակի դատախազը։
