«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, եթե Գալուստ Գրիգորիչը՝ արտահանման համար նախորդ վարչապետի եղբորից «դաբրո» ստանալու հարցը ջրելու մասին արտահայտվեր, ապա կասեր, որ եթե իրավունք ունեն, ապա դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ բոլորն էլ կարող են անարգել խոշոր, միջին կամ մանր եղջերավոր անասուններ ներկրել կամ արտահանել: 

Եվ դա իրոք այդպես է: Վկան՝ բանանի մենաշնհորհի դեմ «պայքարի» փորձը, երբ մեկը հավատացել էր այդ օրերի վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի հավաստիացումներին և որոշել էր բանան ներկրել ու հայտնվել էր ամերիկյան կինոյի հերոսի դերում:

Ու թե ինչ եղավ այդ խիզախի հետ, պաշտոնական աղբյուրներն այդպես էլ չմանրամասնեցին, բայց ինչպես ընդունված է ասել՝ մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն, դա նրան լավ «դաս» եղավ, որ այլևս չփորձի Միհրանի դաշտից բանան «հավաքել»: 

Հետագայում, իհարկե, իշխանությունները հայտարարեցին, որ դաշտն ազատականացվել է, ներկրողների թիվն ավելացել, բայց դեռ հարց է, թե իրականում դաշտն էր ազատականացվե՞լ, թե՞ արևադարձային մրգեր ներկրող միակը, ինքն իրեն մենաշնորհային դիրքից «զրկելու» համար, մի քանի տասնյակ դուստր ձեռնարկություններ էր «աճեցրել» ու տպավորություն առաջացրել, թե դաշտն ազատականացրել է:

Նույնը հիմա կենդանիների հարցին է վերաբերում: Բնական է, չէ՞, որ շատ ձեռներեցներ սեփական կամքով չեն ցանկանա մտնել կենդանիներ արտահանելու դաշտ, քանի որ տեղերում կենցաղային հողից մինչև շատ այլ «թեմաների» պատրվակով կարող են բոլորովին այլ սաշիկների հանդիպել և, առանց կենդանիների թեման հիշատակելու, դառնալ սեփական նախաձեռնության զոհը, գերին, կամ մերձավորներին «պադստավկա» անողը:

Եվ այս պարագայում հայտարարել, թե դաշտն այլևս ազատականացված է 50 տոկոս փայ մտնողներից, անկեղծ ասած՝ լուրջ չէ: Լուրջ կլիներ, եթե հրապարակվեր, թե անցած մեկ ամսում քանի մանր և խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանի է արտահանվել կամ ներկրվել, որ ընկերությունների կամ անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի կողմից: Ու չնայած այդ տեղեկության հրապարակումից հետո էլ առանձնապես հեշտ չէր լինի նրանց և Սաշիկին ( կամ հիմա արդեն մեկ ուրիշին) հասնող փայի միջև կապերը շուտ բացահայտել, սակայն փաստ է, որ նման կարծրացած սխեմաները կոտրելը, փշրելը ու իսկապես անվտանգ ու բոլորովին այլ խաղի կանոններ սահմանելը օրերի խնդիր լինել չի կարող:

Էլ չենք ասում, որ դեռ բազում հին ու հնացած հաշիվներ կան, որոնք կթարմանան, այսպես թե այնպես պատճառ կդառնան հիշողությունները թարմացնելու, կփորձեն իրենց զգացնել տալ: Այնպես որ, հարկավոր է նախ մարդկանց անվտանգության հարցերը կանոնակարգել, հետո միայն հայտարարել, թե դաշտն ազատականացվել է՝ ով ինչ ուզի կարող է ներկրել կամ արտահանել: 

Ի վերջո, միշտ չէ, որ նման փորձ անողը ձախողվելու դեպքում իսկույն կվազի վարչապետի (և կհասնի՞ նրան արդյոք) կամ լրագրողների մոտ: Միշտ չէ նաև, որ մարդիկ կդիմեն իրավապահներին: Ընտանիք ունեն, անվտանգության խնդիր ունեն: Համաձայն ենք՝ մեծ հաշվով հասարակությունն էլ խնդիր ունի՝ կոտրելու այս արգելքները: Սակայն մինչ այդ պետք է հարյուր տոկոսով վստահ լինի ու անվտանգ զգա, այլապես նմանատիպ «նախաձեռնություները» հաջողություն չեն ունենա:
