15 միլիոն դրամանոց պայքար. ինչպես ասում են՝ իմաստը...«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախորդ կառավարությունների ժամանակ մոծակների դեմ պայքարելու համար ամեն տարի մոտ 15 մլն դրամի չափով գումար էր դուրս գրվում պետական բյուջեից: Եվ այդպես էլ հասկանալի չէր լինում, թե ինչպես էր պատահում, որ այդ «պայքարի» արդյունքում տվյալ քաղաքում մոծակների վերջն այդպես էլ չէր տրվում:
Այս մանրուք թվացող հարցի վրա ուշադրություն գրավելը գուցեև կարող է քմծիծաղ առաջացնել, սակայն այս անդրադարձը հենց նրա համար է, որ տեսանելի լինի, թե նախորդ կառավարությունների ժամանակ պետական բյուջեի գումարներն ինչերի վրա են ծախսվել:
Իհարկե, անկախ մոծակի ֆիզիկական չափից, այս հարցն էլ նրանցից է, որ կարելի է փղի չափ մեծացնել ու բավականին գումար պոկել, բայց համաձայնեք, որ մոծակների դեմ պայքարելու նախորդ կառավարությունների անհագ ցանկությունն այնքանով հասկանալի չէ, քանի որ առանձին տողով ծախսվող գումարը միայն Ջերմուկին էր վերաբերում:
Միջատաբան Վարուժան Հովհաննիսյանը կարծում է, որ թունաքիմիկատներով մոծակների դեմ պայքարելը կարող է վնաս հասցնել նաև շրջակա միջավայրի ֆլորային և ֆաունային: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ջերմուկին, ապա մասնագետի կարծիքով այնտեղ պետք չէ քիմիական եղանակներով պայքարել:
«Նախ հարկավոր է մոծակների բազմացման օջախները գտնել: Եվ քիմիական նյութեր օգտագործելու փոխարեն հարկավոր է հատուկ թակարդներ պատրաստել: Մոծակները միշտ էլ եղել են վտանգավոր հիվանդություններ տարածողներ, բայց պետք է հիշել, որ նրանք տարածում են վարակը, եթե այն առկա է հանրապետությունում: Օրինակ՝ մեզ գրեթե ամեն օր կարող է մալարիա տարածող մոծակ խայթել, բայց քանի որ մեզ մոտ, շնորհիվ սանէպիդկայանի, մալարիա հիվանդության օջախ չկա, ուստի մարդիկ չեն վարակվում այդ հիվանդությամբ»,– ասաց Վ. Հովհաննիսյանը:
Ի դեպ, մալարիա տարածող մոծակներն իրենց կառուցվածքով տարբերվում են սովորականներից: Նման մոծակներ կան Սևանի ավազանում, Արարատյան դաշտավայրում: Մալարիա փոխանցող մոծակներն իրենք չեն վարակվում այդ հիվանդությամբ, այլ ընդամենը հանդիսանում են հիվանդության հարուցիչը տարածողներ:
Ինչ վերաբերում է վերջերս տարածված զիկա վարակին, ապա այդ վտանգը նույնպես այս պահին Հայաստանում չկա: Ու թեև հարևան երկրներում այս վիրուսը տարածող մոծակներ կան, բայց քանի որ մոծակի այս տեսակը մեզ մոտ չկա, ուստիև եթե նույնիսկ զիկայով վարակված մարդիկ լինեն, միևնույն է, վարակը մոծակների միջոցով չի տարածվի: Այնպես որ, տարբեր պատճառներով բյուջեի գումարները ծախսելուց առաջ հարկավոր է համապատասխան մասնագետների հետ խորհրդակցել, հակառակ դեպքում ամեն տարի նույն խնդրի վրա կարող են միլիոններով գումարներ ծախսվել, սակայն անիմաստ իրականացված աստղաբաշխական ծախսերն այդպես էլ չեն օգնի խնդիրները լուծել:
