Ազգային ժողովի փոխխոսնակ էդուարդ Շարմազանովը մինչ հեղափոխությունը Բաղրամյան 26 տարվող փողի ճամպրուկների մասին կխոսի, եթե դրա վերաբերյալ փաստեր ի հայտ գան եւ քրեական գործ հարուցվի։ NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում Շարմազանովը հավաստիացրեց, թե ոչ ճանպրում տանողի, ոչ էլ ստացողի դերում է եղել։ Հիշեցնենք, որ օրեր առաջ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում վարչապետ Նիկոլ փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ գործարարներն իրեն  խոստովանել են, որ  Բաղրամյան 26 փողի ճամպրուկներ են տարել։ 

 

«Ես ճամպրուկներից տեղյակ չեմ, ոչ տալու, ոչ վերցնելու մեջ եմ եղել, ոչ տենդերների, ոչ էլ ներկրումների ու արտահանումների։ Ես չէ, որ պետք է պատասխանեմ, իսկ եթե նման բան կա, վարչապետն ու գործարարները պետք է մեկնաբանություններ տան։ Համենայնդեպս, նման բաների մեջ էլ որեւէ տեղեկություն ու ներգրավվածություն չեմ ունեցել։ Ինչքան շուտ վեր մնանք զգացմունքային գնահատականներից ու խոսենք փաստերով, այնքան լավ, մեկ անգամ չէ, որ ասել եմ՝ ինձ համար քաղաքական գործիչի խոսքը պետք է լինի փաստարկված»,–ասաց Շարմազանովը։

 

 

 

Հարցին՝ կասկածո՞ւմ է վարչապետի հայտարարության իսկությանը, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց.   «Ես որեւէ փաստ չեմ տեսնում, որ կասկածեմ կամ ոչ։ Ես կհավատամ ցանկացած փաստի, երբ որ լինի դատարանի որոշում։ Այս պահին որեւէ փաստի ականատես չեմ եղել։ Երբեք չեմ ասել, որ Հայաստանում որեւէ կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ չի եղել, կան համապատասխան մարմիններ, անմեղության կանխավարկած եւ դա պետք է հարգենք։ Երբ որ կլինի փաստ ու դրա հետ կապված քրեական գործ եւ ամեն ինչ կլինի հրապարակային, էն ժամանակ ես կարող եմ որեւէ գնահատական հնչեցնլ»,–հայտարարեց Շարմազանովը։
