ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի գրավման գործով ամբաստանյալ Սեդրակ Նազարյանի պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրեց Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթ նստավայրի դատավոր Մեսրոպ Մակյանին` իր պաշտպանյալի խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանավորումը փոխելու վերաբերյալ: 

Լուսինե Սահակյանն ասաց, որ Ազգային Ժողովի «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգմավորներ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը և Միքայել Մելքումյանը անձնական երաշխավորություն են ներկայացրել ամբաստանյալ Սեդրակ Նազարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու համար, և ներկայացրեց փաստաթուղթը:

Պաշտպանը նաև խնդրեց դատարանին, որպեսզի հաշվի առնի իր պաշտպանյալի առողջական խնդիրները:

Ամբաստանյալի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու վերաբերյալ հարցը կքննվի այն ժամանակ, երբ կներկայանան պատգամավորները:

Սեդրակ Նազարյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը) 3-րդ մասի, 219-րդ հոդվածի (շենքեր, շինություններ, տրանսպորտի, հաղորդակցության կամ կապի միջոցներ զավթելը) 3-րդ մասի, 1-ին կետի, 218-րդ հոդվածի (պատանդ վերցնելը) 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի, 238-րդ հոդվածի (զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր հափշտակելը կամ շորթելը) 4-րդ մասի  1,2 կետերի,  185-րդ հոդվածի (գույքը դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացնելը կամ վնասելը) 3-րդ 1-ին կետ հատկանիշներով:
