Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի անվան դպրոցի տնօրենի նկատմամբ հետախուզում է հայտարարվել. ՔԿ-ն մանրամասներ է պարզել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով որոշում է կայացվել՝ «Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի անվան հ. 11 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի նախկին տնօրեն Ռ. Ազիզյանին պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների չարաշահելու համար որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից հայտնում են, որ 2018 թվականի մայիսի 16-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ստացվել եւ վարույթ է ընդունվել «Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի անվան հ. 11 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի նախկին տնօրեն Ռ. Ազիզյանի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանության բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործը։
Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Ռ. Ազիզյանը, զբաղեցնելով Երեւանի «Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի անվան հ. 11 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի պաշտոնը, 2014-2017թթ. ընթացքում հրամաններ է ստորագրել՝ մի շարք ուսուցիչների եւ աշխատակցի դրամական պարգեւատրումներ տալու մասին։ Վերջիններս, ստանալով պարգեւատրումները, ամբողջությամբ կամ մասնակի առձեռն վերադարձրել են ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենին՝ ըստ նրա կողմից ներկայացված նախնական պահանջի:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու համար նրան որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, եւ հայտարարել հետախուզում։
Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումներին միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ Ռ. Ազիզյանին հայտնաբերելու եւ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ եւ բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
