Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ակնկալում է փոխադարձ հարգանքի վրա հիմնված հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների արդյունավետ զարգացում

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդգծում է Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների հատուկ բնույթը և հույս հայտնում, որ դրանք առավել արդյունավետ զարգացում կունենան: Ինչպես Մոսկվայից հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նման հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ հանդիպմանը: «Մենք առաջին անգամ հանդիպել ենք մեկ ամիս առաջ և այն հանգամանքը, որ մենք 30 օր հետո կրկին հանդիպում ենք, կարծում եմ, ցույց է տալիս Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունների հատուկ բնույթը: Սա նաև ցույց է տալիս, որ այն հայտարարությունները, որոնք մենք արել ենք մեկ ամիս առաջ, ոչ միայն հիմնավորված են, այլ նաև հստակ իրականացվում են: Իհարկե, Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև հատուկ հարաբերություններ են, և ես վստահ եմ, որ այդ հարաբերությունները կշարունակեն լինել հատուկ, ես հույս ունեմ, որ այդ հարաբերություններն ավելի հատուկ կդառնան: Իհարկե, մեզ համար, Հայաստանի կառավարության համար, որը ներկայացնում է Հայաստանի ժողովրդին, շատ կարևոր է նման ընդունելության արժանանալ Ռուսաստանում՝ Սոչիում, Մոսկվայում: Եվ, իհարկե, սա ընդգծում է այն մթնոլորտը, որը մեզ հաջողվել է ստեղծել այս ամիսների ընթացքում»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
Նա այն կարծիքին է, որ թե Հայաստանում, թե Ռուսաստանում բոլորը գոհ են այս զարգացումներով և նաև հույս հայտնեց, որ այդ հարաբերությունները կզարգանան ավելի արդյունավետ՝ երկու ժողովուրդների, երկու պետությունների շահերի և սուվերենության նկատմամբ հարգանքի հիման վրա, ինչը շատ կարևոր է: «Ինձ համար շատ կարևոր է, որ մենք ունենք և վստահ եմ, որ ապագայում էլ կունենանք հաճախ հանդիպելու և մեր հարաբերությունների օրակարգի ամբողջ շրջանակը քննարկելու հնարավորություն: Բոլորին է հայտնի, որ մեր հարաբերությունների օրակարգը շատ մեծ է, քննարկելու շատ բան կա թե տնտեսական, թե քաղաքական, թե տարածաշրջանային իմաստով: Իհարկե, մենք հույս ունենք դրական և կառուցողական երկխոսության և համոզվել ենք, որ մեր երկխոսությունը հենց այդպիսին է: Ես շատ ուրախ եմ դրա համար»,- եզրափակեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
