Արայիկ Հարությունյանը խոսել է «Երևան» հիմնադրամում ԱԱԾ-ի գործողությունների մասին

Կրթության և գիտության նախարար, Երևանի ավագանու նախկին անդամ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն անդրադարձել է  ԱԱԾ-ի  կողմից «Երևան» հիմնադրամում իրականացվող գործողություններին: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով հարցին, որ փաստորեն հաստատվում են իր կասկածները, որ հիմնադրամը կոռուպցիոն սխեմաներով է գործել, սա կարո՞ղ է Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հրաժարականի պատճառ դառնալ, պատասխանեց. «Եթե ես նման կարծիք հայտնեմ, կնշանակի, որ որպես բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա կփորձեմ ազդել նախաքննության վրա: Թող նախաքննությունը պարզի բոլոր մեղավորներին, պարզի, թե այդ շղթան մինչև ուր է շարունակվում»:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ասաց, որ իր կարծիքով՝ ցանկացած բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա, ով ներգրավված է կոռուպցիոն գործընթացների մեջ, դրան պետք է առնվազն հետևի հրաժարականը: «Էլ չեմ ասում այն մասին, որ պետք է պատասխանատվություն կրի օրենքի շրջանակներում: Եվ իրավապահները թող որոշեն ով որքան է մեղավոր և ինչ պատիժ պետք է կրի»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց նա:

Նախարարը նշեց, որ իր հետ մասնավոր զրույցներում քաղաքացիները շատ հաճախ նշում էին, որ քաղաքապետարանի հետ իրենց առնչությունների ժամանակ իրենցից պահանջում էին, որպեսզի համապատասխան վճարումներ կատարեն նաև Երևան հիմնադրամին: «Երբ ես Երևանի ավագանու անդամ էի, ունեի սեփականաշնորհված ավտոտնակների ցուցակը: Երևան հիմնադրամին կոչ էի անում,  որպեսզի կասկածները փարատվեն, ինձ պետք է տան հիմնադրամին 100 հազար դրամ և ավելի գումար վճարածների ցուցակը: Մենք այդ ցուցակները կհամադրեինք և կհասկանայինք՝ արդյոք այս խոսակցությունները համապատասխանում են իրականությանը, թե ոչ: Մենք անընդհատ դիմում էին, չէինք ստանում, դիմել էինք դատարան: Պետք է կայանար առաջին դատը, բայց մեզ համար արդեն հասկանալի պատճառներով հիմնադրամի լուծարման հարց է դրված: Ըստ իրավաբանների՝ եթե իրավաբանական անձը լուծարված է, ապա հայցը չեղարկվում է: Մենք պետք է դատարանին միջնորդեինք, որպեսզի լուծարման գործընթացը դադարեցվեր, բայց կարծես շաբաթը ուրբաթից շուտ եկավ»,- ասաց Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ այսօր դարձյալ մեկ քաղաքացի է դիմել իրեն այդ հարցով, ինքը կոչ է արել քաղաքացուն այդ ամենը պատմել ԱԱԾ-ին:
