«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երկրի վարչապետն ասում է՝ գիտեմ, որ առանձին նշանակումներ տարակուսանքի տեղիք են տվել, բայց ժամանակ է պետք՝ հասկանալու, թե որքանով են այդ տարակուսանքները արդարացված: Առանց անուն տալու հավելում է, թե մի օրինակ կա, որ քննադատվել է, բայց լավ էլ աշխատում է: Մի օրինակ էլ մենք կարող ենք բերել, որ օրինակ, ՀՀԿ-ական մի պաշտոնյա հրաժարականի դիմում է տվել, իսկ իր ֆեյսբուքյան գրառման տակ հարյուրավոր մարդիկ անկեղծ ափսոսում են դրա համար, գտնում են, որ թեկուզ քաղաքական առումով սպասելի են այդ փոփոխությունները, սակայն պետական կառավարման համակարգը կորցնում է պրոֆեսիոնալների, փորձառուների: Այս հատուկենտ օրինակները ոչ արդյունավետ կադրային քաղաքականության մասին են խոսում, ոչ էլ, առավել ևս, ՀՀԿ-ի լավ կառավարման: Բայց եթե հաշվի ենք առնում մասնավոր մի դեպքը, երբ մանկապատանեկան նշանակումներից մեկը ինչ-որ հրաշքով հաջողվել է, ապա գոնե պիտի հասկանանք, որ բոլոր այլկուսակցականները չէ, որ հանցագործ ու կաշառակեր են: Հակառակ պարագայում ստացվում է, որ այս ամբողջ փոփոխությունները ոչ թե երկրի զարգացմանը նպաստելու համար են, այլ բացառապես սեփական բոլոր թիմակիցներին այս կամ այն պաշտոնում խցկելու և արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ անխտիր բոլոր լծակները մի ուժից մյուսին փոխանցելու նպատակ: Բայց այս պարագայում ոչ մի նշանակություն չունի, թե լծակներով որ ուժն է գալիս իշխանության: Հասարակության համար բացարձակ մեկ են նման ճանապարհով ընտրվողները: Այնինչ, մենք անկեղծորեն հույս ունենք դեռ, որ իրականում երկիրը ՀՀԿ-ի փորած խորը փոսից հանելու մեծ ցանկություն կա: Ուղղակի դրահամար պետք է պետական կառավարման համակարգը աշխատի արդյունավետ: Իսկ դրա համար քաղաքական նկրտումներն ու բարի ցանկությունները գուցե բավարար չլինեն: Ծառը էտում են՝ հեռացնելով չորացած, հիվանդ ճյուղերը, իսկ երբ սկսում ես արմատներն ու բունը քչփորել, ոչ մի գյուղատնտես դրան էտ անունը չի տա: Հասկանալի է, որ ֆեյսբուքյան նախկին գրառումներն ու լուսանկարները առաջնային հիմք չեն մարդու մասին լիարժեք պատկերացում կազմելու համար: Բայց նաև պետք է ընդունենք, որ կաորղ են հիմք լինել գոնե մարդու լրջության աստիճանը գնահատելու համար: Իսկ վերջինիս առումով դեռ որ կասկածներ կան: Տա Աստված, սխալված լինենք: Բայց նորից կրկնենք, երևի ժամանակն է գիտակցել, որ հարթակից պետական կառավարման պիտի անցնեք:
