ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով շարունակվում են ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ «Հայաստանի հողեր» ՓԲ ընկերության մի քանի տասնյակ աշխատակիցների թունավորման պատճառները պարզելու համար։

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ ստացվել են լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքները, ըստ որոնց՝ բուտերբրոդում հայտնաբերվել է «Ոսկեգույն ստաֆիլակոկ»։

Ընկերության աշխատակիցների թունավորման ահազանգն ստացվել է 2018թ. մայիսի 17-ին։ Արմավիրի մարզի Բաղրամյանի տարածաշրջանում գործող «Հայաստանի հողեր» ՓԲ ընկերության աշխատակիցների համար, ընկերությանը պատկանող հողատարածքներում աշխատելու ընթացքում՝ ժամը 12-13-ի սահմաններում, կազմակերպվել է ընդմիջում, որի ժամանակ ընկերության կողմից տրամադրվել են համբուրգերներ, որոնք ուտելուց շուրջ 1.5-2 ժամ անց «Սննդային թունավորում» ախտորոշմամբ մի շարք աշխատակիցներ տեղափոխվել են բուժօգնության:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 277-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, ընկերության 101 աշխատակից ճանաչվել է տուժող եւ հարցաքննվել:

Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ ընկերության՝ թվով 247 աշխատակիցները խաղողի այգիներում աշխատանքներ կատարելուց հետո՝ ընդմիջմանը՝ ժամը 12- 13-ի սահմաններում, կերել են «Ալվինա Մելքոնյան» ԱՁ-ի կողմից մատակարարված համբուրգերները, որոնցում եղել է հավի միս, պանիր, կարտոֆիլ եւ կանաչեղեն: Համբուրգերների հետ միասին նրանց տրամադրվել է նաեւ նույն ԱՁ-ի կողմից մատակարարված կեռաս եւ «Վազգեն Ղուկասյան» ԱՁ-ի կողմից մատակարարված ջուր:

Թունավորման աղբյուրը պարզելու նպատակով՝ փորձանմուշներ են վերցվել աշխատակիցներին տրամադրված սննդամթերքից, կեռասից եւ ջրից, «Ալվինա Մելքոնյան» ԱՁ-ին պատկանող սննդի արտադրամասից (պանրի, կեռասի, լոլիկի մածուկի եւ մայոնեզի):

Պարզվել է, որ համբուրգերների մեջ լոլիկի մածուկը եւ մայոնեզը լցոնված չի եղել. դրանք առաքվել են տարաներով՝ սննդի հետ։ Արտադրամասում հնարավոր չի եղել վերցնել համբուրգերներում լցոնած հավի կրծքամսից փորձանմուշ, քանի որ այն սպառված է եղել։ Նույն օրը նշանակվել է դատասննդային փորձաքննություն, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ԳԱԱ «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո» ՊՈԱԿ-ին, սակայն եզրակացությունը դեռ չի ստացվել։

Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը հունիսի 11-ին ստացել է ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության կողմից կատարված նմուշառված սննդի եւ ջրի լաբորատոր փորձաքննությունների եզրակացությունները, համաձայն որոնց՝ խմելու ջրի եւ կեռասի փորձաքննությամբ խախտումներ չեն հայտնաբերվել: Իսկ սննդամթերքում` բուտերբրոդում, հայտնաբերվել են «ՄԱՖԱՄ» /մեզոֆիլ աէրոբ եւ ֆակուլտատիվ անաէրոբ մանրէներ/, «ԱՑԽՄ» /աղիքային ցուպիկի խմբի մանրէներ/, «Ոսկեգույն ստաֆիլակոկ», որոնք գերազանցում են ՆՓ-ի սահմանված ցուցանիշների արժեքը:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ եւ բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո» ՊՈԱԿ-ից դատասննդային փորձաքննության եզրակացությունն ստանալուց հետո, ապացույցների համակցությամբ, կկայացվեն համապատասխան դատավարական որոշումներ, ինչի մասին կտեղեկացնենք լրացուցիչ։
