Հայաստանում հաջորդ տարի մայրության նպաստ կստանա մոտ 30 հազար չաշխատող մայր

Հայաստանում 2016թ. առաջին անգամ մայրության նպաստ կստանան նաև չաշխատող մայրերը: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը: «Շահառուների թիվը կանխատեսվել է 30 հազար, իսկ համապատասխան բյուջետային ծախսը կկազ մի շուրջ 3.9 միլիարդ դրամ: Փաստորեն, այս ծրագրի միջոցով մենք լուծում ենք տալիս այն խնդրին, որը բավականին երկար ժամանակ քննարկվում էր: Մասնավորապես, բուռն քննարկման առարկա էր` երեխայի ծննդյան և խնամքի հետ կապված վճարումներն ինչպես իրականացնել՝ բոլորին, թե միայն աշխատող մայրերին»,- ասաց Ասատրյանը:
Նախարարը հստակեցրեց, որ կառավարությունը սահմանել է մայրության նպաստ նաև չաշխատող մայրերի համար, որով նախատեսվել է, որ չաշխատող մայրը, ունենալով ծննդյան հավաստագիրը, կունենա այդ գումարի ստացման իրավունք, որը 2016թ. հունվարից կկազմի շուրջ 126 հազար 600 դրամ: «Սրանով մենք ամբողջությամբ կարգավորում ենք այն հարցը, որ բոլոր ապագա մայրերը ունենում են նաև հստակ ֆինանսական աջակցություն պետության կողմից»,- ընդգծեց Ասատրյանը:
Նա հավելեց նաև, որ ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստը ևս տրվում է բոլորին՝ անկախ աշխատելու կամ չաշխատելու հանգամանքից: «Առաջին և երկրորդ երեխաների համար պետությունը տրամադրում է 50 հազար դրամ, երրորդ և չորրորդ երեխայի համար՝ 1 միլիոն դրամ, հինգերորդ և հաջորդ երեխայի համար՝ 1.5 միլիոն դրամ»,- մանրամասնեց նախարարը:
