Գյումրիի թիվ 40 հիմնական դպրոցի տնօրենն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնել է պատճառված վնասը
SOCIETY«Գյումրու թիվ 40 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ում տեղի ունեցած չարաշահումների դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով վերականգնվել է պատճառված՝ 11.315.949 ՀՀ դրամի վնասը: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:
Նախնական քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2014-2018 թվականներին «Գյումրու թիվ 40 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱ կազմակերպության և տնտեսվարողների միջև տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում կնքվել են շուրջ 15.481.173 ՀՀ դրամ գումարի սննդամթերքի մատակարարման պայմանագրեր:
Պարզվել է, որ կազմվել են բովանդակությամբ կեղծ արձանագրություններ և ակտեր, որոնցում ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ են ներառվել ինչպես ստացված ծանրոցների քանակի, այնպես էլ՝ այդ ծանրոցներում սննդամթերքի տեսակի, չափի և սննդի օգտագործման հետ կապված պարագաների վերաբերյալ: Արդյունքում՝ 697-780 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ սննդի ծանրոցների փոխարեն, փաստացի դպրոց մատակարարվել և երեխաներին բաշխվել են մոտ 200 ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ սննդի ծանրոցներ, իսկ պայմանագրով նախատեսված գումարի մնացած մասը՝ 11.315.949 ՀՀ դրամը, խաբեության հափշտակվել է:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ «Գյումրու թիվ 40 հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով :
Նախաքննության ընթացքում՝ հունիսի 14-ին, դպրոցի տնօրենն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնել է պատճառված վնասը՝ 11.315.949 ՀՀ դրամը:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
