Կառավարությունն աշխատում է բուհերում հաշմանդամ ուսանողների համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում բուհերում հաշմանդամների համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծելու համար:
Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2016թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար ԱրտեմԱսատրյանը՝ պատասխանելով ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Լյուդմիլա Սարգսյանի հարցին: «Այո, մենք ընդունում ենք, որ բուհերում հաշմանդամ ուսանողների համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծված չեն և քայլեր ենք ձեռնարկում խնդիրը կարգավորելու համար: Մենք քննարկումներ ենք արել բուհերի ռեկտորների հետ, փորձել ենք հասկանալ, թե որքան ներդրումներ են հարկավոր, որպեսզÕ « հաշմանդամ ուսանողների համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծենք: Մենք այս ուղղութամբ քննարկումներ ենք անցկացրել նաև մի քանի միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ, և արդեն ունենք նախնական գնահատականներ: Իհարկե, սա մեր օրվա լուծելու խնդիր չէ, սակայն մենք աշխատում ենք այդ ուղղությամբ»,- նշեց Ասատրյանը:
Նախարարը հավելեց՝ քանի որ կառավարությունն արդեն ունի նախնական գնահատականները, որոնք ձևավորվել են ուսումնասիրությունների և քննարկումների արդյունքում, հնարավոր կլինի լուծում տալ խնդրին: Արտեմ Ասատրյանը հայտնեց, որ դրա համար մեծ ծախսեր են պահանջվելու, քանի որ գրեթե բոլոր շենքերը կառուցված են առանց հաշմանդամների համար հարմարությունների: «Խնդիրն արդիական է, և քանի որ կառավարությունը 2016թ. հայտարարել է հաշմանդամների համար նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծելու տարի, կարծում եմ, որ հաջորդ տարի այս ուղղությամբ մեծ ծավալի աշխատանքներ կիրականցվ են»,- մանրամասնեց Ասատրյանը:
Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Արտեմ Ասատրյանը հավելեց, որ կառավարությունն արդեն ունի նաև հստակ գնահատականներ, թե որոշ բուհերում որքան գումար կպահանջվի հաշանդամների խնդիրները լուծելու համար:
