Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է աշխարհահռչակ լեհ կոմպոզիտոր և դիրիժոր Քշիշտոֆ Պենդերեցկուն և նրա տիկնոջը՝ Էլժբիետա Պենդերեցկային: Անվանի երաժիշտը Հայաստանում է Արամ Խաչատրյանի 14-րդ միջազգային մրցույթի եզրափակիչ փուլին մասնակցելու նպատակով:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ վարչապետը նշել է, որ ուրախ է նրանց հյուրընկալել Հայաստանում, որտեղ սիրում և բարձր են գնահատում Քշիշտոֆ Պենդերեցկուն և նրա արվեստը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ մաեստրո Պենդերեցկին այսուհետ ևս նույն եռանդով ու նվիրումով կշարունակի ամրապնդել հայ-լեհական բարեկամությունն ու մշակութային կապերը:
Քշիշտոֆ Պենդերեցկին նշել է, որ Հայաստանում շատ բարձր է երաժշտական կատարողական մակարդակը՝ ինչպես նվագախմբի, այնպես էլ անհատ երաժիշտների: «Ինձ ու տիկնոջս համար մեծ հաճույք և երջանկություն է Հայաստանում գտնվելը»,- ասել է Քշիշտոֆ Պենդերեցկին և կարևորել Արամ Խաչատրյանի միջազգային մրցույթի բարձր մակարդակով կազմակերպումն ու անցկացումը: Նրա խոսքով՝ դա վկայությունն է այն բանի, որ Հայաստանում պետական մակարդակով մեծ ուշադրություն է ցուցաբերվում մշակույթին:
