«Ուրասարի հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի կողմից յուրացումներ կատարելու դեպքով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

ՀՀ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության Ստեփանավանի բաժնում նախապատրաստված նյութերով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել «ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Ուրասարի հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և յուրացում կատարելու  մասին: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից,  Մ. Շ.-ն, 2014 թվականի հունվար ամսից մինչև 2018 թվականի մայիս ամիսն ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում, պաշտոնեական դիրքը ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով, խախտել է օրենսդրության պահանջները և գանձապահի փոխարեն անձամբ իրականացնելով դպրոցի աշխատակիցներին աշխատավարձ վճարելու գործառույթը, 2 հավաքարարների և պահակի անվամբ ելքագրված աշխատավարձից պակաս է վճարել ընդհանուր շուրջ 3 միլիոն 500 հազար ՀՀ դրամ:

Բացի այդ, տնօրենը 2014 թվականի հունվարի 8-ից մինչև 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ն ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, նույն գյուղի մեկ բնակչի դպրոցում ձևակերպել է որպես գործավար, սակայն վերջինս փաստացի այդ աշխատանքը չի կատարել, իսկ նրա անվամբ ելքագրված խոշոր չափերով՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 960 հազար ՀՀ դրամը տնօրենը յուրացրել է:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և յուրացում կատարելու հանցագործության հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 3-րդ կետերով: Նախաքննություն կատարելու համար քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժին:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
