Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում ավելացել են կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների բացահայտման դեպքերը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ Հայաստանում ավելացել է կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների բացահայտման դեպքերը, նվազել ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների հետևանքով զոհերի թիվը: Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ ոստիկանության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

2018 թ. մայիսի 10-ից հունիսի 15-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հանրապետությունում արձանագրվել է սպանության 7 դեպք․ բոլորն էլ ՀՀ ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ձեռնարկած գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են: Նույն ժամանակահատվածում բացահայտվել են նաև 2 սպանության փորձի, ավազակության 1, կողոպուտի 15, բնակարանային գողությունների 16, անձնական ունեցվածքի գողության 268, շորթման 6, խուլիգանության 31, թմրանյութի հայտնաբերման 42, դիտավորությամբ մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու 328, անձի առեւանգման 15, ապօրինի ծառահատման 19, որսագողության 3, զենք-զինամթերքի 12, խարդախության 223 դեպքերը:

2018թ.-ի մայիսի 10-ից հունիսի 15-ը արձանագրվել է 349 ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, ինչի հետևանքով զոհվել է 17 մարդ․ նախորդ տարի նույն ժամանակահատվածում զոհերի թիվը 28 էր։ Հիշյալ ժամանակահատվածում ոստիկանությունը ծավալուն աշխատանք է կատարել կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների բացահայտման ուղղությամբ: Ըստ օպերատիվ հաղորդագրությունների, բացահայտվել է կոռուպցիոն բնույթի 187 դեպք, որոնցից կաշառակերության` 30, պաշտոնական լիազորությունների չարաշահման` 37, յուրացման կամ վատնման` 107 դեպք, նաև` խարդախության 13 դեպք, որոնցով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի վնաս է պատճառվել պետությանը: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում բացահայտվել է կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների 45 դեպք:

Գրեթե կրկնապատկվել է հետախուզական աշխատանքների արդյունավետությունը. անցած մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է 362 հետախուզվող անձ, 2017 թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածում` 244 հետախուզվող:
