Հայաստանում հեղափոխությունը դժվար կամ անգամ անհնար կլիներ իրականացնել, եթե չլինեին ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաները: Այս մասին 10-րդ BarCamp Yerevan 2018  (չ)համաժողովի ժամանակ NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց տեղեկատվական անվտանգության փորձագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների շնորհիվ հեղափոխությունը շատ արագ տեղի ունեցավ եւ խոսքն այստեղ ոչ միայն ուղիղ եթերների, այլեւ ցանցային հաղորդագրության միջոցով գործողությունների համակարգման մասին է. օրինակ՝ Telegram Messenger-ով նախօրոք համաձայնեցված ճանապարհներ փակելը:

 

«Իհարկե, պատմությունը չի ընդունում եթե «բառը», բայց եթե չլինեին տեղեկատվության փոխանցման ժամանակակից տարածման տեխնոլոգիաները, ինչպիսիք են ուղիղ եթերը, արագ ցանցային հաղորդագրությունը, Հայաստանում հեղափոխությունը դժվար կամ անգամ անհնար կլիներ իրականացնել: Անկասկած, տեխնոլոգիաների գրագետ օգտագործումը անփոխարինելի դեր խաղաց»,- նշեց Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը:

Մասնագետը մասնակի համաձայնեց այն կարծիքի հետ, որ Հայաստանում հեղափոխությունը պայմանավորված էր նրանով, որ հայկական հասարակությունն այդ ժամանակ ՏՏ տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման, ընկալման տեսանկյունից իշխանություններից մեկ քայլ առաջ էր գտնվում:

«Հայաստանում այդպես է, բայց կան երկրներ, օրինակ Չինաստանը, որտեղ պետությունը հսկայական ռեսուրսներ է օգտագործում ցանցերի վերահսկման համար: Հատուկ այդ նպատակոբ կիբեր ոստիկանություն է ստեղծում, ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունները օգտագործում են այդ տեխնոլոգիաները: Աշխարհում պետությունները, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, գերժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներ են կիրառում, ինչի շնորհիվ այդ երկրներում հասարակությունը ավելի վերահսկելի է»,- նշեց փորձագետը:

Մեզ մոտ, ըստ նրա, ճիշտ հակառակն է: ՏՏ հանրությունը, նրա կարծիքով, մեծ դեր խաղաց հեղափոխությունում: Առանց ՏՏ մասնագտեների հեղափոխությունն այդքան արագ եւ համակարգված չէր լինի եւ իրադարձությունները բոլորովին այլ հունով կզարգանային: Բացի դրանից, ՏՏ մասնագետները ֆինանսապես անկախ են եւ ներգրավված չեն օլիգարխիկ բիզնեսում, ինչի շնորհիվ նրանց ոչ ոք չէր կարող արգելել փողոց դուրս գալ:

 «Չեմ կարծում, որ Հայաստանի նախկին իշխանությունները ժամանակակից կյանքում տեխոնոլոգիաների դերի կարեւորությունը չէին հասկանում, պարզապես նրանք չէին սպասում, որ հեղափոխության իրականացման ժամանակ  ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների նման զանգվածային եւ թիրախային կիրառում կլիներ եւ դրանք այդքան ծանրակշիռ ազդեցություն կունենային իրադարձությունների վրա»,- եզրափակեց մարտիրոսյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 16-17-ը Երեւանում՝ Ամերիկյան համալսարանում անցկացվում է թվով 10-րդ BarCamp Yerevan 2018 (չ)համաժողովը:
