ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարը խոստացավ ելք գտնել մարզերի կադրային խնդիրը լուծելու ուղղությամբ

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը Շիրակի մարզի առողջապահական ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներին ծանոթանալու նպատակով հունիսի 16-ին Գյումրիում էր: Ինպես լրագրողների հետ ունեցած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ տեղեկացրեց նախարարը, ճանաչողական այցի շրջանակներում շրջայց կատարվեց այն բուժհաստատություններում, որտեղ, ըստ քաղաքացիներից ստացած դիմումների, առկա են խնդիրներ: Այցը հենց այդ կառույցների շենքային պայմաններին, հնարավություններին ու բուժանձնակազմին ծանոթանալու նպատակն ուներ, բայց ինչպես լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց նախարարը, այցի շրջանակում չէ, որ որոշում կայացվելու է այս կամ այն հաստատության մասով, այլ օբյեկտիվ հանգամանքները հաշվի առնելով:

 

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի առաջին կանգառը Գյումրու թիվ 1 պոլիկլինիկան էր, որը եզակի այն կառույցներից է, որ գործում է վարձակալված շինությունում: Հենց այս պատճառն էլ հաշվի առնելով՝ առաջ է եկել հաստատության հետագ գործունեության խնդիրը: Նախարարը նաև եղավ «Գյումրի ծննդատուն» ՓԲԸ-ում:

 

«Շենքային պայմանների, ինչպես նաև մարզում գործող ևս 2 այլ ծննդաբերական հաստատությունների գործունեության պատճառով մի շարք խնդիրներ կան նաև այս կառույցում: Որոշումներ կկայացվեն՝ հաշվի առնելով մի շարք հանգամանքներ՝ շենքային պայմանները, ֆինանսական վիճակը, կադրային ապահովվածությունը, հիմնարկի պարտքերը, զարգացման հեռանկարները, մատուցվող ծառայությունները և քաղաքի կարիքները»,- ասաց նախարարը՝ խոստանալով նաև վերանայել կադրային խնդիրը՝ հատկապես քաղաքային համայնքերում նեղ մասնագետ բժիշկների ապահովման հետ կապված:

 

Այցի ընթացքում նախարարը նաև եղավ Գյումրու «Ավստրիական մոր և մանկան հիվանդոնոց»-ում և Գյումրի կենտրոնում:
