Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ձերբակալությունը պետական ռեպրեսիվ ապարատի գործադրման հերթական ահազանգն է: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Աշոտյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՀՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր, գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ձերբակալությանը:

«Արցախի Հերոս Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ձերբակալությունը պետական ռեպրեսիվ ապարատի գործադրման հերթական ահազանգն է:

ՀՀԿ իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնում ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, Արցախի հերոս գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ձերբակալման առթիվ, որը տեղի է ունեցել պատգամավորի անձեռնմխելիության Սահմանադրական ընթացակարգերի խախտմամբ։ Ղարաբաղյան ճակատում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների ֆոնին այս քայլը ավելի քան մտահոգիչ է։

Սահմանադրությամբ նախատեսված է, որ պատգամավորն առանց Ազգային ժողովի համաձայնության չի կարող զրկվել ազատությունից, բացառությամբ երբ նա բռնվել է հանցանք կատարելու պահին կամ անմիջապես դրանից հետո:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ պարոն Գրիգորյանը ձերբակալվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնության ապօրինի հրազեն և ռազմամթերք պահելու կասկածանքով, իսկ այդ զենքն էլ հայտնաբերվել է արդեն իսկ հարուցված քրեական գործով ամառանոցում իրականացված խուզարկության արդյունքում, դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ այս դեպքում հնարավոր է խոսել անմիջականորեն հանցանք կատարելու ընթացքում կամ դրանից հետո ձերբակալելու պայմանը պահպանած լինելու մասին։

Բացի այդ, խուզարկությունը կատարվել է ոչ բնակության վայրում, այլ ամառանոց- հանգստավայրում, որի տնօրենը հայտարարել է, որ այդ զենքը պատկանում է իրեն և ոչ թե Մ.Գրիգորյանին: Կոչ ենք անում դատախազությանը իրականացնել ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունը` նախաքննության օրինականության ապահովման՝ այդ թվում ազատությունից ապօրինի զրկված անձին անհապաղ ազատ արձակելու համար:

Այս համատեքստում ուշադրության է արժանի այն հանգամանքը, որ զենք պահելու կասկածանքով կարող է ապօրինի ձերբակալվել ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, մինչդեռ զենքի անմիջական գործածման հետ կապ ունեցող անձինք ազատվում են կալանքից` ՀՀ նոր իշխանությունների հայտարարած քաղաքականության շրջանակներում:

Այս ամենը հիմք է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ այսօր կատարված գործողությունների հիմքում ընկած են առավելապես քաղաքական դրդապատճառներ: Մենք ուշադրության կենտրոնում ենք պահելու այս հարցի լիարժեք և անաչառ քննությունը և պայքարելու ենք Մանվել Գրիգորյանի իրավունքների ամբողջական պաշտպանության համար»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԱԾ-ն այսօր խուզարկություններ է կատարել Էջմիածնում եւ բերման ենթարկել, ապա ձերբակալել ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին եւ Դոն Պիպո մականունով հայտնի քրեական հեղինակություն Արթուր Ասատրյանին:
