ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը Մանվել Գրիգորյանին անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել

Արդեն տեղեկացվել է, որ սույն թվականի հունիսի 15-ին ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր, Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի կողմից անհայտ անձից, չպարզված ժամանակահատվածում և հանգամանքներում, ապօրինի կերպով զենք և ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և  մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ պահելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:

Հունիսի 16-ին Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախատեսված հանցանք կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է, ինչի մասին ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 96-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն անմիջապես տեղեկացվել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահին:  

Ելնելով քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունը երաշխավորելու անհրաժեշտությունից՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը հունիսի 17-ին քրեական գործը վերցրել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչության վարույթից և հանձնել ՀՀ ՀՔԾ վարույթին, ինչպես նաև հանձնարարվել է երկու ծառայությունների քննիչներից ստեղծել քննչական խումբ և շարունակել նախաքննությունը: 

Արդեն իսկ ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական աշխատանքների, համատեղ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք է բերվել ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի կողմից իրեն մեղսագրվող հանցանքի կատարումը վկայող ապացույցների բավարար համակցություն, ինչը տալիս է նրա նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու և ազատությունից զրկելու հետ կապված խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ համաձայնություն ստանալու նպատակով ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 96-րդ հոդվածով և «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» ՀՀ սահմանադրական օրենքի 108-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով սահմանված կարգով համապատասխան ընթացակարգ նախաձեռնելու բավարար հիմքեր:    

Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը դիմել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելուն և նրան ազատությունից զրկելուն համաձայնություն տալու մասին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի միջնորդությունը քննարկելու օրակարգով ՀՀ կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ գումարելու համար:
