«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին օրերին շատերն են նկատել, որ Երևանից դուրս մայրուղիների վրա և մարզային ճանապարհներին պետավտոտեսչության մեքենաները ոչ թե շրջում են, այլ «միգալկաներն» անջատած՝ կանգնած են: Մարդիկ կատակում են, թե վերադարձել ենք նախկին ժամանակներին, երբ ավտոտեսուչներն ուղղակի թաքնվում էին, որպեսզի աննկատ լինեն ու հնարավորինս շատ մեքենաների կանգնեցնեն: Սակայն մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ներկայում իրականությունը բացարձակ այլ է: Քանի որ շատ խիստ է դրված վարորդներից գումար վերցնելու անթույլատրելիության հարցը, այսպես կոչված «ձախ» եկամուտներից զրկված ու սոսկ աշխատավարձի հույսին մնացած պետավտոտեսուչներն ուղղակի անհավես են աշխատում, առավել ևս, որ քանիցս վարչապետը նշել է, թե մարդիկ տուգանվելու «մատերիալ» չեն: Դե, ոստիկաններն էլ ընդամենը ցույց են տալիս, թե ծառայության մեջ են ու հաճախ աչք են փակում հաճախակիացած խախտումների վրա: Մյուս խնդիրը, որն առավել էական է, այն է, որ պետավտոտեսուչները միշտ էլ բենզին քիչ են ստացել (հաճախ՝ նախատեսվածից էլ քիչ) և ստիպված են եղել «իրենց գրպանից» լիցքավորել: Բայց քանի որ այլ եկամուտների ճանապարհը փակվել է, այլևս որևէ շահագրգռություն չունեն բենզին լցնել ու հիմա ուղղակի ոչ թե շրջում են ճանապարհներով, ինչպես նախատեսված է, այլ ուղղակի «լռվում են» որևէ հանդարտ տեղ:
