ԵԿՄ-ին փոխանցված պարագաների նպատակային օգտագործման գնահատականը պետք է տան իրավապահները. Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել
SOCIETYՀայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել ավելի վաղ արած հայտարարության վերաբերյալ, թե ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը կարիքների համար նախատեսված սնունդ և այլ պարագաներ օրինական է փոխանցել Երկրապահ կամավորականների միությանը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակը «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում կատարած գրառմամբ պարզաբանել է, որ ՊՆ կարիքների համար նախատեսված սննդի և այլ պարագաների օրինական փոխանցումը ԵԿՄ-ին բոլորովին և ոչ մի կերպ չի նշանակում, օրինական բառը վերաբերվում է այդ միջոցների ոչ նպատակային օգտագործմանը .
«Այսօր շատ երկար խոսելուց հետո կարծում էի անհրաժեշտություն չի լինի կրկին անդրադառնալու այս թեմային: Հարգելիներս, ՊՆ կարիքների համար նախատեսված սննդի և այլ պարագաների օրինական փոխանցումը ԵԿՄ-ին, բոլորովին և ոչ մի կերպ չի նշանակում, օրինական բառը վերաբերվում է այդ միջոցների ոչ նպատակային օգտագործմանը և այլն: Խնդրում եմ խոսքերս չաղավաղել:
Որևէ տեսակի միջոց, լինի դա օրենքի սահմաններում ՊՆ-ից ստացած, կամ այլ ճանապարհով ստացած, ոչ նպատակային օգտագործելը իմ անձնական ու զգացական գնահատականներից զատ նախ պետք է արժանանա իրավական հիմնավոր գնահատականի: Բայց այդ ամենը չի նշանակում ես ասել եմ, որ դրանք օրինական էին այդ տեղում գտնվում: Ոչ և վերստին ոչ, դրա գնահատականը թող տան իրավապահները: Ես ընդամենը ասել եմ, որ սնունդ և այլ պարագաներ ԵԿՄ-ն արդեն շուրջ քառորդ դար է ստանում է ՊՆ-ից, քանի որ ունի կամավորականներ, որոնք մարտական ծառայություն են կատարում և կատարում է պահեստազորի դասընթացներ, բանակումներ»,- գրել է Հովհաննիսյանը:
