«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանն այս օրերին բոլորի ուշադրության կենտրոնում է՝ կապված իր առանձնատանը կատարված բացահայտումների, մասնավորապես՝ զինվորների համար նախատեսված ու Ապրիլ յան պատերազմի օրերին զինվորներին ուղարկված մեծաքանակ սննդամթերք, ինչպես նաև զենք-զինամթերքի հսկայական արսենալ հայտնաբերվելու հետ, 156 միլիոն դրամի փոխառություններ ունի: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նրա՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին ներկայացված 2017 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից:
Գրիգորյանի դրամական միջոցները 2018 թ. նախաշեմին կազմել են 45 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, 45 հազար եվրո ու 313 միլիոն 647 հազար դրամ: Տարեկան եկամուտներն էլ կազմել են 67 միլիոն 885 հազար դրամ, որից 24 միլիոն 100 հազար, 35 միլիոն 440 հազար դրամը շահաբաժին է, 6 միլիոն 150 հազար դրամը աշխատավարձ, իսկ 2 միլիոն 195 հազար դրամն էլ նշված է որպես այլ եկամուտ: Հասկանալի է, որ սա սոսկ հայտարարագրվածն է: Իսկ այս օրերի իրադարձությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ հաճախ իրականությունն ու հայտարարագրերը միմյանց հետ կապ չունեն:
