ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել է, որ հանցավոր աշխարհում քրեական հեղինակություն համարվող Ա. Վ.-ն կազմակերպել, ղեկավարել եւ անձամբ մասնակցել է զենքի գործադրմամբ տուժողի կյանքի եւ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնության սպառնալիքով Գ. Հ.-ի առեւանգմանը:
ՀՔԾ-ից հայտնում են, որ այսպես, Ա. Վ.-ն կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ կատարելու եւ Գ. Հ.-ին պատժելու նպատակով նախնական համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերել մի խումբ անձանց հետ` վերջինիս առեւանգումը կազմակերպելու համար:
Հիշյալ անձինք իրենց հանցավոր նպատակն իրագործելու դիտավորությամբ, Ա. Վ.-ի ղեկավարությամբ եւ անմիջական մասնակցությամբ, 2017թ. հուլիսի 17-ին Երեւան քաղաքի Նորագավիթ թաղամասում գտնվող սուպերմարկետի շրջակայքից բռնության գործադրմամբ առեւանգել են Գ. Հ.-ին եւ տեղափոխել Երեւան քաղաքի բնակարաններից մեկը, որտեղ Ա. Վ.-ն ծեծի է ենթարկել վերջինիս եւ զենքով սպառնացել սպանել նրան:
Շուրջ 3 ժամ Գ. Հ.-ին անազատության մեջ պահելուց հետո Ա. Վ.-ն սպանության սպառնալիքի ներքո նրանից պահանջել է լքել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքը: Նույն օրը՝ 17.07.2017թ.-ին, Գ. Հ.-ն մեկնել է ՀՀ-ից եւ վերադարձել 2018թ. ապրիլին:
Վերը նշված հանցավոր արարքի կատարման համար 18.06.2018թ.-ին Ա. Վ.-ն քրեական գործով ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ եւ 3-րդ կետերով: Նույն օրը նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը եւ հայտարարվել հետախուզում:
