«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Պահեստազորի գեներալ Վոլոդյա Ավետիսյանն անդրադառնալով Մանվել Գրիգորյանին պատկանող տներում իրականացված բացահայտումներին՝ «Փաստ» -ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ բացահայտումը խայտառակություն էր, չնայած, որ իրեն ծանոթ է՝ «Մանվել Գրիգորյանի և նրա նմանների» մոտեցումը պատերազմի դաշտում ինչպիսին է եղել:
«Պատերազմի դաշտից իմացել եմ, լսել եմ, որ նրանց ուղեղում միայն թալանն ու գումարն է եղել, ուրիշ ոչինչ: Այն, ինչ բացահայտվեց, խայտառակություն է, էլ չեմ խոսում, դպրոցականների կողմից զինվորներին ուղարկված սնունդը կենդանիներին տալու մասին: Հենց այդտեղ է երևում մարդու արժանապատվությունն ու նրա մարդ լինելու աստիճանը: Բայց սա ցույց է տալիս երկրի ընդհանուր մթնոլորտը, որը եղել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և Սերժ Սարգսյանի օրոք: Չբացառենք նաև Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանին, քանի որ բոլորի ուղեղում էլ երկիրը թալանելն ու հարստանալն է եղել: Այդ ամենը նրանք դարձրել էին կուռք, որպեսզի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը քանդեն: Նման մարդիկ իրար հետ են գործել, և ով ոնց կարողացել է, թալանել ու քանդել է երկիրը: Եթե բյուջեում փող չկա, ուրեմն թալանում են, որ չկա: Ինչ վերաբերում է զինվորների գումարներին, դրա երեսն էլ զինվորը երբեք չի տեսել: Դրանք էլ են հավաքել զինվորներից: Կարճ ասած՝ սա պետական դավաճանություն և Հայաստան պետության քանդում է»,- ասաց Վ. Ավետիսյանը:
Խոսելով այն մասին, որ Մ. Գրիգորյանն իր հայտարարության մեջ նշել է, որ ինքն այդ ամենից տեղեկացված չի եղել, գեներալ Ավետիսյանը նշեց, որ չի հավատում նրա խոսքերին, քանի որ գիտի, որ ամեն ինչ նրա վերահսկողության տակ է: «Ոնց որ Սերժ Սարգսյանն էր վերահսկում բոլորին, այնպես էլ Մանվելն է վերահսկում իր ունեցածը: Այսինքն, նա ավտոպարկ ունի, բայց չգիտի, որ բանակին պատկանող շտապ օգնության մեքենան իր պարկում է կանգնա՞ծ: Չգիտի իր տան նկուղում ինչ է կատարվո՞ւմ, չգիտի իր կենդանիներն ինչ են ուտո՞ւմ: Նման բան հնարավոր չէ: Ինքը տեղյակ չի՞, որ մարդկանցից տներ է խլում, մարդկանց ծեծում-սպանում են, ինքը տեղյակ չի՞ նաև, որ մարդկանց մեքենայի անիվներն են ծակում Էջմիածին քաղաքում: Ես նման բաների չեմ հավատում: Սերժ Սարգսյանը, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, բոլորն էլ պետական դավաճաններ են և պետք է պատասխան տան հայ ժողովրդի առջև»,- ասաց Վ. Ավետիսյանը:
