«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում մի գրառում է արել, որն, անկեղծ ասած, քիչ է ասել, թե տարօրինակ է: «Որոշ հեռուստաընկերություններ, փաստորեն, օգտվելով խոսքի ազատության անսահմանափակ հնարավորությունից՝ որոշել են հակապետական քարոզչություն իրականացնել»: Նախ, անորոշ ձևակերպումն ինքնին տարակուսելի է, քանզի այսպես կասկածները կարող են տարածվել բոլոր հեռուստաընկերությունների վրա: Արդեն իսկ տարբեր մեկնաբանություններ ու վարկածներ հնչել են: Ու որքան էլ ժամանակի ընթացքում փորձես սրբագրել կամ հստակեցնել, միևնույն է, առաջնային տեղեկատվության թողած զգացումները մնում են: Բայց շատ ավելի կարևոր է հասկանալ, թե ինչ նկատի ունի վարչապետը հակապետական քարոզչություն ասելով: Սա իրականում լուրջ մեղադրանք է, որը պետք է հրամցվի կոնկրետ փաստերով ու կոնկրետ ապացույցներով: Հակառակ դեպքում ստացվում է մերկապարանոց հայտարարություն, որն առավել ևս երկրի ղեկավարի համար ուղղակի անընդունելի է: Իշխանություններին ուղղված քննադատությունները կամ նույնիսկ ամենախիստ հակաիշխանական մոտեցումները ամենևին հակապետական չեն: Այդ տրամաբանությամբ ժամանակին ամենահակապետական գործիչը պիտի համարվեր ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Ոչ պակաս վտանգավոր է գրառման երկրորդ հատվածը. «Սա թերևս այն դեպքերից է, երբ իշխանության բարեկրթությունը ոմանք կրկին ու կրկին շփոթում են թուլության կամ միամտության հետ։ Մի՛ արեք։ Պարզապես մի՛ արեք»: Սա արդեն ուղղակի սպառնալիք է, ու տարօրինակ է, որ նման սպառնալիք հնչում է նախկինում լրագրող, խմբագիր, ընդդիմադիր եղած վարչապետի կողմից: Մենք նման սպառնալիքների, ապա և դրանց իրականացման հետևանքները մեկ անգամ չէ, որ տեսել ենք, ազատ խոսքի ճնշման արդյունքները տարիներ շարունակ տեսել ենք: Այնպես որ, սիրո ու հանդուրժողականության կոչ անող նոր իշխանությունների կողմից այսպիսի հայտարարությունն ուղղակի ապշեցնում է:
Կարծում ենք՝ հակառակը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ինքը պետք է շահագրգիռ լինի վերջապես երկրում իրապես ազատ խոսքի ամրապնդման մեջ՝ հաշվի առնելով իր իսկ անցյալը: Առայժմ դա չենք տեսնում: Ավելին, խոսքը ոչ միայն այս հայտարարության, այլև նոր իշխանությունների պահվածքի մասին է, երբ ուղղակի անհանդուրժող են ցանկացած կարծիքի հետ, որը մոտ չէ իրենց կարծիքին, էլ չասենք՝ ընդդիմանում են: Դեռ լավ է, որ ընդդիմացողներին ԱԱԾ–ով չեն սպառնում:
