Փաշինյանը լիահույս է՝ առաջիկայում կառավարման համակարգում կանանց ներգրավվածությունը կմեծանա

Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հայաստանում «թավշա հեղափոխության» իրագործման վճռական գործոններից է համարում կանանց աննախադեպ քաղաքական ակտիվությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին վարչապետը նշեց «Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ընկերություն կատարած այցի ժամանակ իր ելույթում:
«Շատ է նշվում, որ մեր հեղափոխության շարժիչ ուժը երիտասարդությունն է և դա այդպես է, բայց իմ կարծիքով վճռական քաղաքական գործոններից մեկը, որ մեր հեղափոխությունը բերել է հաղթանակի, կանանց աննախադեպ քաղաքական ակտիվությունն է: Ես արդեն 28 տարի Հայաստանում մասնակցում եմ հանրահավաքների ու երբեք չեմ տեսել, որ հրապարակում կանգնածների 30-40 տոկոսը լինեն կանայք: Սա այն վճռական գործոնն է եղել, որը բերել է իրավիճակի փոփոխության և նաև վճռական՝ այն իմաստով, որ գործընթացները ընթացել են խաղաղ ձևով»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Վարչապետը նկատեց, որ վերազգային այս ընկերությունում աշխատող կանանց թվաքանակը երեք անգամ մեծ է համաշխարհային միջինից, այսինքն՝ «Սինոփսիս Արմենիա»-ում աշխատողների մեկ երրորդը կանայք են, մինչդեռ այլ երկրների մասնաճյուղերում այդ ցուցանիշը միջինում 8 տոկոս է: Սա, ըստ Փաշինյանի, քաղաքական նշանականության հարց է, քանի որ այս մասնագետներն ազդեցության չեն ենթարկվում և նրանց «հնարավոր չէ ասել, այսպես վարվի, այլապես աշխատանքից կազատեմ»: «Ես ողջունում եմ «Սինոփսիս» ընկերությանն ու բոլոր կանանց, ովքեր որոշել են մասնագիտական, քաղաքական, քաղաքացիական ակտիվություն ցուցաբարել, և ես հույս ունեմ, որ առաջիկայում իշխանության և կառավարման համակարգում կանանց ներգրավվածությունը կմեծանա»,-ավելացրեց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
