Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում հունիսի 20-ին մեղադրող կողմը ներկայացրեց 2016 թվականի հուլիսին ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածքում զինված խմբի անդամ Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի հեռախոսազրույցների ձայնագրությունը: Պետրոսյանը հեռախոսով խոսել է Գնելի հետ, ում հորդորել է միանալ իրենց:

Զինված խմբի անդամը հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում խոսել է Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանի՝ ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածք այցելության մասին՝ ակնարկելով, թե Բալասանյանը «երկու լարի վրա է խաղում» և գնդի տարածք է գնացել «ռազվետկայի»:  

Աշոտ Պետրոսյանը Գնելին հորդորել է կնոջ և երեխայի հետ միանալ իրենց՝ խոստանալով, թե ամեն ինչ լավ է լինելու: Խոսակցության ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվում նաև այն ժամանակ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:

«Գնել. Չգիտեմ, պինդ կացեք:

Աշոտ Պետրոսյան. Մենք պինդ ենք ցավդ տանեմ, մենք մինչև ատամները զինված ենք: Չես պատկերացնում… Իրանք տենում են, որ մեր դեմը խաղ չկա…

Կնոջդ, երեխեքիդ հետ պետք է լինեք ժողովրդի կողքը: Գործողություն պետք չի անել, Գնել, մարդահաշիվ... Ցավդ տանեմ պտի դիմանաս, պտի կռիվ տաս: Հիմա դու չես կարում, հոգեբանորեն պատրաստ չես կռիվ տալու, գոնե ընտանիքով ընդեղ եղեք, մենք ստեղից կարանք օգնեք ձեզ, բայց դեռ ժամանակը չի: Մենք հազիվ ենք մեզ զսպում, մենք կարանք դուրս գանք, բայց դեռ ժամանակը չի… Էդքան չի հասունացել : Հիմա ներում-բեկում չկա, ծեծեք, ջարդեք դավաճաններին Նիկոլից սկսած….»:

Զինված խմբի անդամը հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում նշել էր, որ իրենց մոտ էր եկել այն ժամանակ Երևանի ոստիկանապետ Աշոտ Կարապետյանը, ինչպես նաև զրույցի ընթացքում Պետրոսյանը նկարագրում էր, թե ինչպես է բռնություն գործադրել այն ժամանակ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության պետի նախկին տեղակալ Վալերի Օսիպյանին նկատմամբ:

Մեղադրող կողմը շարունակում է ներկայացել ձայնագրությունները:

Աշոտ Պետրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2016թ. հուլիսի 17-ին կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել, պահել, փոխադրել և կրել հրազեն ու ռազմամթերք, ապա կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում, զենքի գործադրմամբ, կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնությամբ՝ զավթել և պահել է շենքեր, շինություններ և տրանսպորտի միջոցներ՝ զուգորդված դրանք ոչնչացնելու, վնասելու սպառնալիքով, ինչպես նաև նույն եղանակներով պատանդ է վերցրել և պահել երկուսից ավելի անձանց, որոնք կատարել է զավթածը և պատանդներին ազատելու պայմանով պետությանը գործողություններ կատարելուն հարկադրելու նպատակով, բացի այդ , հրկիզման եղանակով դիտավորությամբ ոչնչացրել է տրանսպորտի միջոցներ՝ սեփականատերերին պատճառելով խոշոր չափերի վնաս։
