Հակառակորդն առաջնագծում նկատելիորեն ակտիվացել է, ինչը տարբեր ժամանակահատվածներում տարբեր դրսևորումներ է ունենում. զինտեխնիկայի տեղաշարժեր, կուտակումներ, ակտիվ ճարտարագիտական աշխատանքներ, հայաստանյան, արցախյան հասարակության վրա հոգեբանորեն ազդելու փորձեր, քարոզչական աշխատանք բոլոր հնարավոր թիրախներով:

 

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի խորհրդական Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ ապրիլյան մարտական գործողություններից հետո վտանգավոր ժամանակաշրջան է: Այն ժամանակ առ ժամանակ դրսևորվում է զինտեխնիկայի ակտիվ տեղաշարժերով, կուտակումներով, ուղեկցվում Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հռետորաբանության ուժգնացմամբ, քարոզչական դաշտում ակտիվ աշխատանքով՝ ուղղված և՛ հայկական, և՛ ադրբեջանական, և՛ արտաքին լսարանին: Թե ներկա փուլում ինչով է պայմանավորված այս գործընթացը, Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ մի շարք գործոններ կարելի է նշել:

 

«Արձանագրենք, որ այս ամենի գլխավոր պատճառն այն է, որ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական օրակարգում շարունակում է մնալ խնդիրը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու հարցը: Այդ մոտեցումն արդարացնելու համար դաշտում նկատվում է Ադրբեջանի քաղաքական գործիչների, փորձագետների, իշխանությունների վերահսկողության դաշտում գործող բլոգերների ակտիվությունը: Փորձում են ամեն կերպ արդարացնել խնդիրը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու մոտեցումը»,-ասաց Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

 

Նրա խոսքով՝ թվում էր, թե ապրիլյան մարտական գործողություններից հետո Ադրբեջանը պետք է վերադառնար բանակցությունների սեղան, սակայն նա ոչ միայն չի վերադառնում, այլև փորձում է անընդհատ սրել իրավիճակը: Նա նկատեց, որ Ադրբեջանն անընդհատ մանևրելու գործընթացի մեջ է, ընդ որում, դա ոչ միայն զինտեխնիկային է վերաբերում, այլև հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումներին:

 

«Կդժվարանամ ասել, թե դիվանագիտական տարբեր խողովակներով այս ուղղությամբ ինչ աշխատանք է տարվում: Հասկանալի է, որ այդ աշխատանքի մի մասը չի կարող լայն հասարակության համար տեսանելի լինել: Ամեն դեպքում կարծում եմ, որ միջնորդներն այս հարցում պետք է լինեն շատ ավելի ակտիվ, որպեսզի առաջնագծում լարվածության ալիքի մեծացման հնարավորություն չտրվի: Միջնորդների գլխավոր խնդիրն է՝ հարցի լուծումը տեղափոխել քաղաքական հարթություն»,-նշեց Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:

 

Ի՞նչ ազդեցություն կարող են թողնել հայաստանյան ներքաղաքական զարգացումները սահմանային իրավիճակի վրա: Այս հարցին ի պատասխան, Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ ներքաղաքական իրադրությունն անմիջական կապ ունի արտաքին զարգացումների հետ:  Նա այս իրավիճակում կարևոր է համարում այն, որ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները լինեն առողջ, նպաստեն մեր հասարակության կոնսոլիդացիային, իշխանության և հասարակության միջև վստահության բարձրացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը:

 

«Եթե այդպիսի իրավիճակ ունենանք, ապա դա ավելի կամրապնդի մեր սահմանների անառիկությունը: Եթե պրոցեսները լինեն անկառավարելի, առկա խնդիրները սրվեն կամ խորանան, պարզ է, որ դա բացասական ազդեցություն է ունենալու: Ադրբեջանը հույս ունի, որ մեր հասարակության մեջ կլինի պառակտում, ինչը, որպես գործոն, կօգտագործի այս իրավիճակում: Ադրբեջանի սպասումները դրանք են»,-հավելեց Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
