Արմեն Գրիգորյանն արդար ընտրություններն արտագաղթի ծավալները նվազեցնելու գործոններից մեկն է համարում

Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը Հայաստանում արտագաղթի մեծ ծավալներն ազգային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից լուրջ խնդիր է համարում և շեշտում, որ այս հարցում տարբեր լուծումներ է պետք փնտրել: Ինչպես հաղորդոքւմ է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում Արմեն Գրիգորյանը նկատել է, որ վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում արտագաղթը մեծ ծավալների էր հասնում: «Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ արտագաղթը բազմաշերտ խնդիր է և այստեղ տարբեր լուծումներ պետք է փնտրել: Այդ համատեքստում մեկ բաղադրիչը տնտեսական է: Եթե տնտեսական հնարավորությունները մեծ լինեն, ապա ավելի շատ քաղաքացի կմնա Հայաստանում»,- ասաց Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:
Նա, խոսելով վերջերս արված հետազոտություններից մեկի արդյունքների մասին, նշեց, որ, ըստ դրանց՝ կեղծված ընտրությունները ևս բացասական ազդեցություն են ունենում արտագաղթի վրա:
«Բոլոր ընտրական տարիներին Հայաստանում արտագաղթի ծավալները մեծացել են: Եթե ունենում ենք ազատ, արդար ընտրություններ, ապա դա մեկ բաղադրիչ է, որը կարող ազդել արտագաղթի ծավալների նվազեցման վրա: Քաղաքացին պետք է վստահություն ունենա, որ իր քվեով կկարողանա ինչ-որ բան փոխել: Դրանից բացի, այլ բաղադրիչներով ևս պետք է աշխատանք տանել»,-ասաց Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:
Նա նշեց, որ երկրում ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակն այդ համատեքստում նույնպես դրական ազդեցություն է թողնում: «Ի դեպ, իմ շրջապատում շատ կան մարդիկ, ովքեր ցանկություն են հայտնել վերադառնալ Հայաստան»,- հավելեց Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:
