ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ մեծածավալ քննչական եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ պարզելու «Յանս» ռեստորանային համալիրում արձանագրված չարաշահումների բոլոր հանգամանքները, ապահովելու բազմակողմանի եւ օբյեկտիվ քննությունը։

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ ֆինանսական չարաշահումներն ի հայտ են եկել «Սելենա» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող «Յանս» ռեստորանային համալիրի տնօրինության կողմից 2017թ. կատարված ներքին ստուգումների արդյունքում։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ համալիրի ֆինանսատնտեսական կառավարումն իրականացնող ու նյութական պատասխանատու հանդիսացող հաշվապահը, 2012թ.-ի հոկտեմբերից մինչեւ 2017թ. մայիս ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում պատվերների ծավալների ու գումարների տվյալները փոփոխելու եղանակով, միանձնյա, որոշ դեպքերում նաեւ համալիրի մենեջերի հետ համաձայնության գալով, կատարել է յուրացումներ՝ ընկերությանը պատճառելով շուրջ 25.000.000 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս, որից 6.000.000 ՀՀ դրամը հաշվապահը 2017թ. հունիս ամսին վերադարձրել է տնօրեն Ս.Կարապետյանին՝ որպես պատճառված վնասի վերականգնում:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում:

Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով «Սելենա» ընկերության «Յանս» ռեստորանային համալիրի տարածքում գործող ակումբի, բացօթյա սրճարանի գործունեությանն առնչվող եւ դրա իրական ծավալներն արտացոլող հաշվապահական հաշվառման փաստաթղթերը, ինչպես նաեւ դրանց վերաբերյալ տվյալներ պարունակող համակարգչային եւ տեխնիկական այլ սարքերն ու սարքավորումները, էլեկտրոնային կրիչները հայտնաբերելու նպատակով 2018թ. հունիսի 20-ին, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, խուզարկություններ են կատարվել «Սելենա» ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրեն Ս.Կարապետյանի, «Սելենա» ՍՊԸ-ի փաստացի սեփականատեր Ռ.Բեգլարյանի բնակության վայրերում, «Յանս» ռեստորանային համալիրի տարածքում:

Կատարված խուզարկությունների ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել եւ առգրավվել են հաշվապահական փաստաթղթեր, համակարգիչներ, էլեկտրոնային կրիչներ, բացի այդ, հայտնաբերվել է 2 ատրճանակ՝ փաստաթղթերով եւ ավելի քան 1 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար։
